Abstract
An anti oil leakage device for a motor shaft includes a fan frame and a fan blade wheel. The fan frame provides at least a motor base with a bearing seat forming a projection part extending axially at the upper end thereof and the bearing seat further has an oil storage zone inside. The fan blade wheel is rotationally joined to the motor base and has at least a shaft being pivotally mounted in the bearing seat such that an untouched minimum clearance is formed in between to prevent lubrication oil in the oil storage zone from leaking out.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An anti oil leakage device for a motor shaft, comprising:
a fan frame, providing at least a motor base with a bearing seat, the bearing seat at an upper end thereof forming a projection part extending axially and having at the inner side thereof an oil storage zone; and a fan blade wheel, being rotationally joined to the motor seat, having at least a shaft being pivotally mounted in the bearing seat and an untouched minimum clearance being formed to prevent lubrication oil in the oil storage zone from leaking out.
2 . The anti oil leakage device for a motor shaft according to claim 1 , wherein the bearing seat is integrally formed with the motor seat by way of injection molding.
3 . An anti oil leakage device for a motor shaft, comprising:
a fan frame, providing a motor base with a bearing seat, the bearing seat having at the upper end thereof an opening and having at the inner side thereof an oil storage zone; and a fan blade wheel, being rotationally joined to the motor seat, having at least a shaft being pivotally mounted in the bearing seat, a stop piece with a through hole being tightly joined to an inner side of the bearing seat, the through hole being pierced with the shaft and an untouched minimum clearance being formed between the through hole and the shaft to prevent lubrication oil in the oil storage zone from leaking out.
4 . The anti oil leakage device for a motor shaft according to claim 3 , wherein the bearing seat is integral formed with the motor base.
5 . The anti oil leakage device for a motor shaft according to claim 1 , wherein the bearing seat is attached to the motor base by way of injection molding.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
