Crawler frame
Abstract
The invention provides a crawler frame provided with a machine body frame which is integrally formed by molding means wherein a machine body frame constituted of a pair of front leg supports and rear leg supports and a center frame is integrally formed by molding means as a continuous curved shape on a basis of a smooth curved surface so as to evenly receive loads by an entire machine body frame without generating any concentrated load, even if a load and a working load from an upper revolving body applied to the center frame, and a working load applied to a track frame at a time of traveling, revolving and working of a working machine are applied to the machine body frame.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A crawler frame comprising:
a machine body frame constituted of a center frame supporting a main machine and one or more leg supports provided in both right and left sides of the center frame; and a pair of right and left track frames provided in leading end sides of the respective leg supports, wherein at least one surface portion of an upper surface portion and a lower surface portion in the machine body frame is formed as an open surface portion, and a side wall portion connecting the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion in the machine body frame, the upper surface portion and/or the lower surface portion opposing to the open surface portion in the center frame of the machine body frame, and the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion opposing to the open surface portion in the leg support of the machine body frame are integrally formed by molding means.
2 . A crawler frame according to claim 1 , wherein at least the open surface portion in each of the leg supports is covered by a plate member serving as a lid body, and a portion near a side edge portion of the open surface portion and the plate member are firmly fixed to each other by a welding operation.
3 . A crawler frame according to any one of claims 1 and 2 , wherein the main machine comprises an upper revolving body, and a revolving bearing for supporting the upper revolving body is supported to the upper surface portion of the center frame.
4 . A crawler frame according to any one of claims 1 and 2 , wherein each of the leg supports provided in both the right and left sides of the center frame is formed in a fork shape in a longitudinal direction in a root portion thereof.
5 . A crawler frame according to claim 1 , wherein an outer surface shape of the machine body frame integrally formed by the molding means is formed by a smooth curved surface.
6 . A crawler frame according to claim 5 , wherein an upper surface portion of each of leg supports is formed in an inclined surface which is formed in an approximately circular arc shape in a width direction of the leg support, and the inclined surface is formed as a downward inclined surface from a center frame to a track frame.
7 . A crawler frame according to any one of claims 5 and 6 , wherein a part of a first approximately conical shape is formed in an upper surface portion of a leg support, the first approximately conical shape is formed in a downward slope from a center frame toward a track frame in which a center frame side is set to an apex direction of the first approximately conical shape and a track frame side is set to a bottom line side of the first approximately conical shape.
8 . A crawler frame according to claim 7 , wherein a part of a second approximately conical shape is formed in a bottom surface portion of the leg support, and the second approximately conical shape is formed in a downward slope from the center frame toward the track frame in which the center frame side is set to an apex direction of the second approximately conical shape and the track frame side is set to a bottom line side of the second approximately conical shape.
9 . A crawler frame according to claim 1 , wherein a center frame is formed in an approximately U-shape having an open hole in a center portion thereof in a horizontal cross sectional shape of the center frame.
10 . A crawler frame according to claim 1 , wherein a weld bonded portion between a leading end portion of a leg support and a track frame is bonded by a smooth curved surface.
11 . A crawler frame according to claim 1 , wherein an entire or a part of a support bracket rotatably supporting at least a blade and/or a cylinder bracket supporting a cylinder for rotating the blade is integrally formed with the machine body frame by molding means.
12 . A crawler frame according to any one of claims 1 and 11 , wherein amounting hole formed in each of the support bracket rotatably supporting at least the blade and/or the cylinder bracket supporting the cylinder for rotating the blade is formed at a forward position of a leading end portion of the leg support without lapping over the leading end portion of the leg support arranged in a front side in a side view of the crawler frame.
13 . A crawler frame according to claim 12 , wherein the mounting hole of an inside arranged bracket of the support bracket and the cylinder bracket is formed without lapping over an outside arranged bracket of the support bracket and the cylinder bracket, in a side view of the crawler frame.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
