Cleaning pad for single-disk or multi-disk cleaning machines

Abstract

The present invention pertains to a cleaning pad for single or multi-disk cleaning machines, comprising an outer textile pad and a fastening element for holding the cleaning pad on the cleaning machine, where the cleaning pad ( 10 ) consists of at least four layers, and where the textile pad serving as the working pad ( 12 ) is followed by at least one absorbent layer ( 13 ), by a regenerative core layer ( 14 ), and finally by a cover layer ( 16 ).

         11 . A cleaning pad for single disk and multiple disk cleaning machines, the cleaning pad comprising, in succession: 
 a textile pad which is exposed to a material to be cleaned;    a first absorbent layer;    a regenerative core;    a cover layer; and    a fastening element for holding the cleaning pad on a cleaning machine.    
     
     
         12 . A cleaning pad as in  claim 11  further comprising a second absorbent layer between the regenerative core and the cover layer.  
     
     
         13 . A cleaning pad as in  claim 11  wherein the fastening element is attached to the cover layer.  
     
     
         14 . A cleaning pad as in  claim 11  wherein the textile pad comprises a needle punched non-woven.  
     
     
         15 . A cleaning pad as in  claim 11  wherein the textile pad comprises at least one polyamide fibers, polyester fibers, viscose fibers, polypropylene fibers, cotton fibers, and wool fibers.  
     
     
         16 . A cleaning pad as in  claim 11  wherein the textile pad comprises with a titer in the range of 10-200 denier.  
     
     
         17 . A cleaning pad as in  claim 11  wherein the textile pad has a mass per unit area of 10-2,000 g/m2.  
     
     
         18 . A cleaning pad as in  claim 11  wherein the regenerative core comprises one of natural sponge material and artificial sponge material.  
     
     
         19 . A cleaning pad as in  claim 11  wherein the fastening element comprises one of a hook and loop strip and a bayonet catch.  
     
     
         20 . A cleaning pad as in  claim 11  wherein the textile pad comprises a needle punched non-woven.
