Rear and front with its two sides bended up for the installation of the two adjustable arm rest. The bottom part between the two bended parts are wide enough to sit a person. On the front of the bottom part of the unit are two oval holes and the distance of the two holes are exactly the same as the distance of the two holes of the toilet bowl seat and also exactly the same as the two bolts attached to the toilet seat cover. The said two oval holes are bolted in between the two holes of the toilet bowl seat and the toilet bowl seat cover. At the back of the unit are three adjustable holes on the left side and three corresponding adjustable holes on the right side, for adjustment with the width of the back parts of the toilet bowl seat, anchoring it by means of steel rubberized hook and tighten it with steel screw. On the top of the two bended parts of the unit are of U-shape design to allow the two adjustable arm rest to be fitted firmly by means of two or three bolts and nuts.
