Abstract
Pump for pumping liquids, especially oil, from deep wells comprising a screw pump which is driven by a submersible motor and welding a driving spindle to which several, preferably three screw-shaped rotors, are assigned, and further being constructed as a sealing spindle, hydraulic support bearings for intercepting the axial thrust, and inlet openings which are protected against wear particles by a screen disposed on the screw-shaped rotors on the suction side and connected over bypass pipelines with the pressure side.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Pump for pumping liquids, especially oil, from deep wells, comprising a screw pump driven by a submersible motor and including a driving spindle, to which several, preferably three screw-shaped rotors are assigned, and further being constructed as a sealing spindle hydraulic support bearings for intercepting the axial thrust, and inlet openings which are protected against wear particles by a screen disposed on the screw-shaped rotors on the suction side and connected over bypass pipelines with the pressure side.
2 . The pump of claim 1 , wherein the screw-shaped rotors discharge into an expanded pressure space, in the peripheral wall of which, covered with a filter, the inlet openings of the bypass pipeline are disposed.
3 . The pump of claim 2 , wherein the pressure space has an essentially triangular cross section with rounded-off corners which embrace the screw-shaped rotors.
4 . The pump of claims 2 or 3 , wherein the expanded pressure space is connected over axial boreholes with the connecting space to the conveying riser.
5 . The pump of one of the claims 1 to 3 , wherein the surface of the housing of the screw pump has a wear-resistant surface.
6 . The pump of claim 5 , wherein the inner surface of the screw pump has a wear-resistant coating.
7 . The pump of one of the claims 1 to 3 , wherein the housing of the screw pump has a lateral suction inlet opening on the suction side for each screw-shaped rotor.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
