Abstract
A solid electrolytic capacitor, fabrication method, and coupling agent utilized in the same. The capacitor includes a valve metal layer, an oxide dielectric layer on at least a part of the surface of the valve metal layer, a coupling layer having a molecular chain with a first end bonding to the oxide dielectric layer by covalent bonding and second end with a functional group of a monomer of a conducting polymer, and a conducting polymer layer bonding to the monomer by covalent bonding.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 20 . (canceled)
21 . A coupling agent for forming covalent bonding with an oxide and a conducting polymer by self-assembly process, comprising a formula (6) of:
R—R 3 (6) Wherein R 1 is silyl, phosphono, carboxy, sulfo, boric acid group, or derivatives thereof; and R 3 is one of the monomers of the polymer.
22 . The coupling agent in claim 21 , wherein R 3 is aniline, thiophene, pyrrole, or derivatives thereof.
23 . A coupling agent for forming covalent bonding with an oxide and a conducting polymer by self-assembly process, comprising a formula (7) of:
R 1 —R 2 —R 3 (7) Wherein R 1 is silyl, phosphono, carboxy, sulfo, boric acid group, or derivatives thereof; R 2 is an alkyl group of C1 to C12; and R 3 is one of the monomers of the polymer.
24 . The coupling agent in claim 23 , wherein R 3 is aniline, thiophene, pyrrole, or derivatives thereof.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
