. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said inner sole is made of a polyurethane elastomeric gel.

. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a material of said inner sole is selected from the group consisting of cork, EVA foam, polyethylene foam and polyurethane foam.

. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein there are at least two quick closing mechanisms.

. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said at least one quick closing mechanism is a zipper.

. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said inner sole has a thickness of about 0.44 inches.

. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said non-skid sole further comprises a heel portion.

. An apparatus for covering a spiked shoe comprising:
a flexible, lightweight, waterproof, and breathable upper, said upper having an inner portion and an outer portion, said inner portion adapted to contain the spiked shoe; an inner sole mounted within said inner portion, said inner sole including a top surface adapted to receive a plurality of spikes of the spiked shoe, said inner sole comprised of a polyurethane gel and having a thickness of about 0.44 inches; a non-skid sole mounted to said outer portion; and at least one quick closing mechanism adapted to close said upper.

. The apparatus of claim 8 , further comprising a short elastic tongue connected to said upper.

. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein said at least one quick closing mechanism is a zipper.

. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein said inner sole is removable.

. An apparatus for covering a spiked shoe comprising:
a flexible, lightweight, waterproof, and breathable upper, said upper having an inner portion and an outer portion, said inner portion adapted to contain the spiked shoe; an inner sole mounted within said inner portion, said inner sole including a top surface adapted to receive a plurality of spikes of the spiked shoe, said inner sole comprised of a polyurethane elastomeric gel and having a thickness of about 0.44 inches; a short elastic tongue connected to said upper; a non-skid sole mounted to said outer portion; and at least two quick closing mechanisms adapted to close said upper.
