An apparatus for individually dispensing diapers includes a plurality of vacuum-packed diapers and a master container in which said vacuum-packed diapers are disposed. Each vacuum-packed diaper includes a single compressible diaper individually vacuum-sealed within an air impermeable encasement. The master container includes a dispenser opening configured for individually dispensing each air impermeable encasement containing a vacuum-sealed diaper. Each encasement may be disposed in a box-like container, and each box-like container may include a diaper accessory thereby defining a diaper kit.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An apparatus for individually dispensing diapers, comprising:
 (a) a plurality of vacuum-packed diapers, each vacuum-packed diaper comprising a single compressible diaper individually vacuum-sealed within an air impermeable encasement; and (b) a master container in which said vacuum-packed diapers are disposed, said master container including a dispenser opening configured for individually dispensing each said air impermeable encasement containing a said vacuum-sealed diaper.

2 . An apparatus for individually dispensing diapers, comprising:
 (a) a plurality of vacuum-packed diapers, each vacuum-packed diaper comprising,
 (i) a single compressible diaper individually vacuum-sealed within an air impermeable encasement, and
(ii) a container in which said vacuum-sealed diaper is disposed; and
   (b) a master container in which said containers are disposed, said master container including a dispenser opening configured for individually dispensing each said container containing a said vacuum-packed diaper.

3 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein said containers are stacked in said master container one on top of another.

4 . The apparatus of claim 2 , said master container includes a removable access panel, said access panel blocking said dispenser opening.

5 . The apparatus of claim 2 , said master container includes an access panel, said access panel being movable from a first position blocking said dispenser opening to a second position permitting access to a said diaper kit for removal.

6 . The apparatus of claim 5 , wherein said access panel comprises a hinged access panel.

7 . The apparatus of claim 5 , wherein said access panel comprises a perforated access panel.

8 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein said master container includes a second dispenser opening configured for individually dispensing said containers.

9 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein each said container has a generally rectangular cross-section, and said master container has a generally rectangular cross-section slightly greater than each said cross-section of said containers.

10 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein an boundary of said dispenser opening is located from an end of said master container by a distance substantially equal to a height of a said container, whereby a said container that is second to said end of said master container is disposed for dispensing through said dispenser opening.

11 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein said vacuum-packed diaper disposed within each said container is pocket sized.

12 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein each said encasement is formed from a flexible material and each said container comprises a rigid box.

13 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein a pressure within an interior space of each said sealed substantially air impermeable encasement is on the order of millibars (mbar).

14 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein each said diaper is folded within said encasement and comprises a substantially rectangular shape.

15 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein a said container has a size no larger than a conventional cigarette package.

16 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein a said container has three dimensions consisting of a width, length, and height, and the sum of any two of said dimensions is less than 10 cm with no single dimension exceeding 10 cm.

17 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein a said encasement comprises at least a portion thereof that is transparent such that said diaper vacuum-sealed therein is viewable through said encasement, and wherein said diaper includes printed indicia thereon and said diaper is disposed within said encasement such that said printed indicia is visible through said transparent portion of said encasement.

18 . An apparatus for individually dispensing diaper kits, comprising:
 (a) a plurality of diaper kits, each diaper kit comprising,
 (i) a single compressible diaper individually vacuum-sealed within an air impermeable encasement,
(ii) at least one diaper accessory, and
(iii) a container in which said vacuum-sealed diaper and said diaper accessory are disposed; and
   (b) a master container in which said containers are disposed, said master container including a dispenser opening configured for individually dispensing said containers.
