Abstract
A plastic motion sickness receptacle is disclosed having a seamless perimeter defined by a tubular member folded at a first closed end, and an open end including means for closing the receptacle after use. The plastic tubular member comprises integrally formed walls that terminate in a base at said closed end with the edges of the walls cooperating to form a fluid-tight relationship. An outer surface of the receptacle includes indicia printed thereon including instructions for using the bag upon the occurrence of motion sickness.

an integral, seamless tubular member having four walls defining a generally rectangular cross-section, said walls formed of a copolymer plastic material; a base integrally connected to the four walls, said base sealed closed in a fluid tight relationship; and indicia printed on an outer surface of said receptacle, said indicia including instructions for operation in event of motion sickness.
2 . The motion sickness receptacle of claim 1 further comprising a closing means at an upper portion.
3 . The motion sickness receptacle of claim 1 wherein the copolymer comprises ethylene and propylene.

5 . The motion sickness receptacle of claim 1 wherein said receptacle is resilient and expandable upon a pressure differential between an interior pressure inside the receptacle and an exterior pressure outside the receptacle.
6 . The motion sickness receptacle of claim 1 wherein the base is sealed by fusing the bottom edges of the walls with heat.
7 . A foldable plastic motion sickness receptacle comprising:
a tubular member having a single open end and including at least four longitudinal creases defining first, second, third, and fourth walls, said walls integrally connected without a seam; a base formed at a closed end of the receptacle, the base defined by folded portions of the walls, and wherein the base includes a fluid-tight seal formed by fusing edges of the walls together; a closure means for closing the open end of the receptacle; and indicia on an outer surface of the tubular member, said indicia including instructions for use of the receptacle in event of motion sickness.
8 . The receptacle of claim 7 wherein the tubular member is formed of a copolymer plastic material comprising ethylene and propylene.
9 . The receptacle of claim 8 further comprising coloring agents.
10 . The receptacle of claim 9 wherein a thickness of the walls is four millimeters to five millimeters.

12 . The receptacle of claim 7 wherein the indicia is transferred to the tubular member through a Gravure printing process.
13 . A foldable plastic air sickness receptacle comprising:
a copolymer material of ethylene and propylene formed into a tubular member having no seams around a perimeter thereof, said material having and a thickness in the range of four to five millimeters, said tubular member further comprising folds that shape the tubular member into a rectangular shaped box of approximately four and one half to five inches in height and approximately two and one half inches wide, said tubular member further comprising a fluid-tight seal at a first end formed by heat-pressing edges of the tubular member into a sealed relationship; closure means for closing a second end of said tubular member to hold fluidous contents therein, and graphics printed on an outer surface of the receptacle, said graphics comprising instructions for use of said receptacle in the event of nausea.
