Abstract
Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 6 . (canceled)
7 . An isolated nucleic acid molecule that encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4.
8 . The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 7 wherein said nucleic acid molecule comprises the polynucleotide sequence described in SEQ ID NO: 3.
9 . A recombinant expression vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule of claim 7 .
10 . The recombinant expression vector of claim 9 wherein said nucleic acid molecule comprises the polynucleotide sequence described in SEQ ID NO: 3.
11 . A host cell comprising the recombinant expression vector of claim 9 .
12 . A gene delivery system comprising:
(a) the nucleic acid molecule described in SEQ ID NO:1; or (b) the nucleic acid molecule comprising the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3.
13 . The gene delivery system of claim 12 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a cationic lipid complex.
14 . The gene delivery system of claim 12 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a viral vector.
15 . An antibody having immunospecificity for the polypeptide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
