Abstract

A dumbbell comprising a first weight having a screw on lid; a second weight member having an aperture for storing personal items; and a padded cross-member which facilitates the holding of the object.

 first weight having a screw on lid;    a second weight member having an aperture for storing personal items; and    a padded cross-member which facilitates the holding of the object.    
   
   
       2 . A dumbbell comprising a 
 first weight having a screw on lid;    a second weight member having an aperture for storing personal items; and    a padded cross-member which facilitates the holding of the object.    
   
   
       3 . The weight system of  claim 1  further comprising a safety crating.  
   
   
       4 . The weight system of  claim 1  further comprising at least one area for the addition of further weights.  
   
   
       5 . A dumbbell comprising a 
 first weighted end having a first screw on section for holding and storing personal items and a second screw on section for securing additional weights;    a second weight end having a screw on section defining a section for holding and storing for storing personal items and a second section for securing additional weights; and    a padded cross-member which facilitates the holding of the object; and    means attached to at least one of the first or second weighted end to hold and secure.
