Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
- 107 . (canceled)

. A composition comprising 100 mg or more S6F1, TS2/4 antibody, humanized form or subsequence thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

. A composition comprising 100 mg or more fully human antibody having a binding affinity for LFA-1 alpha subunit or an epitope in LFA-1 alpha subunit within about 1 to 3, 2 to 5, 5 to 10, 10 to 50 or 10 to 100 of the binding affinity of S6F1 or TS2/4, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

. The composition of claim 108 and 109 , further comprising instructions for administering 1.25 to 1.5, 1.5 to 1.75, 1.78 to 2.0, 2.0 to 2.5, 2.5 to 3.0, 3.0 to 5.0 mg/kg body weight of the composition, or greater, to the subject.

. A kit comprising the composition of claims 108 or 109 , said composition in a single unit dosage form for administering to a subject.

. The kit of claim 111 comprising multiple unit dosage forms of the 100 mg or more S6F1, TS2/4 antibody, humanized form or subsequence thereof.

. The kit of claim 112 comprising multiple unit dosage forms of the 100 mg or more fully human antibody having a binding affinity for LFA-1 alpha subunit or an epitope in LFA-1 alpha subunit within about 1 to 3, 2 to 5, 5 to 10, 10 to 50 or 10 to 100 of the binding affinity of S6F1 or TS2/4, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

. The composition of claims 108 or 109 or kit of claims 111 or 112 , wherein the composition is present in an ampule, vial, bottle or syringe.

. The composition of claims 108 or 109 or kit of claims 111 or 112 , further comprising instructions for administering greater than 1 mg/kg body weight of the composition to the subject.

. The kit of claims 111 or 112 , further comprising instructions for administering 1.25 to 1.5, 1.5 to 1.75, 1.75 to 2.0, 2.0 to 2.5, 2.5 to 3.0, 3.0 to 5.0 mg/kg body weight of the composition, or greater, to the subject.
