At least two sutures are stitched on two opposite sides of the tape to combine the coiled plastic wicker and the rope. A slide is moved relative to the two opposite ends of the tape for forming a circle, and the teethed side of the tape is situated in the inner periphery of the circle and engaged/disengaged to each other when the slide is slid on the circled tape. A connector is securely connected to the two opposite ends of the circled tape to prevent the slide from detaching from the circled tape.
