Abstract

A crown-shaped fixture set for a tubular fixture device is described in the present invention, which comprises a pair of crown-shaped fixtures. The crown-shaped fixture is a disc with a crown portion. The center of the disc has an aperture. The crown portion of the fixture is shaped like a conoid. The bottom of the crown portion forms a plurality of positioning slots. Pluralities of tangential grooves corresponding to positioning slots are formed on the crown portion. Thus, the crown portion is capable of positioning and fixing paper tubes of various bore sizes, so that the paper tube can be reused and the contact area between the paper tube and the crown portion can be increased and stabilizes the rotation movement of the paper tube.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A crown-shaped fixture set, comprising at least one fixture with an aperture which comprises a disc and a conical crown portion in one mold;
 wherein said conical crown portion with said aperture is disposed on one side of said disc and accommodates a plurality of grooves along the circumference thereof and a plurality of convex clips on the ridgeline between each two said grooves; and wherein a plurality of positioning slots are disposed on said disc and correspond to said grooves.

       2 . The crown-shaped fixture set as in claim 1 , wherein said conical crown portion accommodates 18 convex clips.

       3 . The crown-shaped fixture set as in claim 2 , wherein said 18 convex clips define 18 grooves.

       4 . The crown-shaped fixture set as in claim 3 , wherein said 18 grooves correspond to 18 positioning slots.

       5 . The crown-shaped fixture set as in claim 1 , wherein the number of said convex clips is between 8 and 20.

       6 . The crown-shaped fixture set as in claim 1 , wherein two blind vias are disposed at two ends of said aperture, namely the bottom surface of said disc and the top surface of said conical crown portion.

       7 . The crown-shaped fixture set as in claim 6 , wherein said aperture is surrounded by a concentric ring.

       8 . The crown-shaped fixture set as in claim 1 , wherein said grooves are connected one after the other.
