Soft bendable cloth doll, male and females

Abstract

Doll is formed by sewing together cotton/polyester fabric, which is cut out to shape head, body, arms, hands, legs and feet. Then pipe cleaners are formed to shape fingers, hands, arms, legs and feet. The pipe cleaner arms and legs are twisted and fused to plastic rod with hook shape on both ends. Polyester/cotton yarn is sewn on the head shaped fabric. The pipe cleaners that are fingers, hands and arms shaped is placed in hands and arms shaped fabric and stuffed with polyester filler. The legs shaped pipe cleaners is placed in legs shaped fabric and stuffed with polyester filler. fabric is fold and sewn to form pocket and placed on doll. Felt is cut to form eyes, nose and mouth. Fabric is cut to form ears. Stuffed ears are sewn to head. Plastic rod has fabric on one end, and is placed in head. Head is stuffed with filler. The body parts are sewn together.

1 . A poseable cloth doll with pocket. 
 a) A front and rear piece of fabric outlining the shape of head with body, ears, arms with fingers, legs with toes, and pocket.    b) Pipe cleaners and soft material in the form of polyester fill, having an opening for receiving portions for the head, body, arms and legs, pieces of fabric.    c) Plastic rod shaped with hook on both ends are placed in doll interior    d) Gold craft cord is fused to dolls finger.    
   
   
       2 . A method of forming doll head, arms, hand, fingers, leg, feet and toes. 
 a) Front and rear pieces of fabric outlining head, shoulder and body.    b) Attaching polyester yarn to fabric with polyester/cotton thread creating the look of hair.    c) Stuffing at least a part of area apart from the first region between the top and bottom fabrics with polyester fill for ears.    d) Cotton felt cut to form eyes, nose and mouth are fused with fusible adhesive, to front piece of fabric.    e) Stud is fused with fusible adhesive and snap on to fabric formed for ears.    f) Plastic rod with hook shape top, hook shape is covered with fabric and fused with fusible adhesive.    g) The fabric that has felt and the fabric that has yarn is sewn together to create an open cavity and plastic rod; fabric end is placed in cavity and stuffed with polyester fill.    h) Fabric is cut to formed the shape of fingers, hands and arms.    i) Polyester and medal pipe cleaners are twisted, shaped and form to look like fingers, hand and arm.    j) Finger, hand, and arm shaped fabric is sewn together. Finger, hand, and arm shaped pipe cleaner is placed in finger, hand and arm shaped fabric and stuffed with polyester filler.    k) Fabric is cut to form toes and leg.    l) Polyester and medal pipe cleaner is twisted and shaped to formed a straight stick.    m) Toes and leg shaped fabric is sewn together and stick shaped pipe cleaners are placed in toes and leg shaped fabric, and stuffed with polyester filler.    n) Fabric is cut to form rectangle, rectangle is fold and three sides are sewn to form pocket.    o) One side of pocket opening is sewn to mid section of fabric that is the form of the body.    
   
   
       3 . Assemably doll parts. 
 a) The completed head section, the completed fingers, hands and arms section, and the completed toes and legs section are brought together by:    b) Sewing neck and shoulders together.    c) Twisting and fusing with fusible adhesive, pipe cleaners that are attached to arms to mid section of plastic rod.    d) Twisting and fusing with fusible adhesive, pipe cleaners that are attached to legs attach to bottom of plastic rod hook shape.    e) The fabric from arms and fabric from legs are sewn to body section of fabric and one side of the body fabric between under arm and leg is sewn together forming a cavity.    f) The pocket that has been sewn on to the mid section of the body is put in to the body cavity.    g) Polyester filling is placed in body cavity and the other side of the body, under arm to leg is sewn close, leaving pocket open by sewing opposite side of pocket to body.    h) Gold craft cord is fused with fusible adhesive to doll's finger.
