Package box achieving recycling purpose and fabrication method thereof
Abstract
A package box achieving a recycling purpose and a fabrication method thereof are disclosed for reusing the package box. The package box that can achieve the recycling purpose has a plurality of packaging components, and at least one predetermined form pattern for recycling purpose is formed on the packaging components. Then, a recycled product is formed from the conversion of the packaging box in accordance with the pattern of recycling purpose. The method for fabricating the packaging box is to form a first form pattern and a second form pattern on a flat board, wherein the first form pattern is an unfolded pattern of a package box, and the second form pattern is an unfolded pattern of a recycled product.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A package box achieving recycling purpose, comprising:
a package box having a plurality of packaging components; and at least one predetermined form pattern used for recycling purpose, wherein said predetermined form pattern is formed on said packaging components, and said package box is reassembled to form a recycled product in accordance with said predetermined form pattern.
2 . The package box achieving recycling purpose according to claim 1 , wherein said package box is selected from the group comprising a hand-carrying box, a pretty box/sleeve, a pizza box and a carton.
3 . The package box achieving recycling purpose according to claim 1 , wherein said recycled product is not used for packaging purpose.
4 . The package box achieving recycling purpose according to claim 1 , wherein said recycled product is selected from the group consisting of a file box, a collection container, an organizer chest and a toy.
5 . The package box achieving recycling purpose according to claim 1 , wherein said package box is a paper box.
6 . A method for fabricating a package box achieving recycling purpose, comprising:
providing a flat board; forming a first form pattern on said flat board, wherein said first form pattern is the development pattern used for forming said package box; and forming a second form pattern inside said first form pattern, wherein said second form pattern is the development pattern used for forming a first recycled product.
7 . The method of claim 6 , further comprising:
forming a first flat board portion in accordance with said first form pattern formed on said flat board; and folding said first flat board portion to form said package box.
8 . The method of claim 7 , wherein said step of folding said first flat board portion is performed along at least one fold line located inside said first flat board portion.
9 . The method of claim 6 , further comprising:
forming a second flat board portion in accordance with said second form pattern formed on said flat board; and folding said second flat board portion to form said first recycled product.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein said step of folding said second flat board portion is performed along at least one fold line located inside said second flat board portion.
11 . The method of claim 6 , wherein said package box is selected from the group consisting of a hand-carrying box, a pretty box/sleeve, a pizza box and a carton.
12 . The method of claim 6 , wherein said first recycled product is not used for packaging purpose.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein said first recycled product is selected from the group consisting of a file box, a collection container, an organizer chest and a toy.
14 . The method of claim 6 , further comprising:
forming a third form pattern inside said second form pattern, wherein said third form pattern is the development pattern used for forming a second recycled product.
15 . The method of claim 6 , wherein said second recycled product is selected from the group consisting of a file box, a collection container, an organizer chest and a toy.
16 . The method of claim 6 , wherein said flat board is a paperboard.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
