Abstract

The invention relates to a device made from polymeric materials for fixing chassis elements in vehicle construction such as to be able to slide, comprising a planar region ( 3 ) with an essentially rectangular opening ( 4 ) and an annular region integrated in the bottom face of the planar region with guide elements, clip elements and at least two spring elements ( 1 ), suitable engaged with the polymeric chassis element.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A device made from polymeric materials for fastening chassis elements in the motor-vehicle production, such that they can slide, said device comprising
 (I) a planar region with an essentially rectangular opening; (II) a ring-shaped region that is integrated on the underside of the planar region and is provided with engagement elements and guide elements, as well as at least two spring elements, which are correspondingly engaged in the polymeric chassis element.

2 . The device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the guide elements and the spring elements ensure that the rated position is maintained during the installation of the chassis element.

3 . The device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the spring elements permit the thermal expansion in longitudinal direction of the chassis element.

4 . The device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the engagement elements ensure a secure hold of the fastening element in the installation recess of the chassis element.

5 . The device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the polymeric material is selected from the group PA, PA blends, PBT, PBT blend or POM.

6 . The device according to claim 5 , characterized in that filler materials and/or slip additives are added to the polymeric material.

7 . The use of a device according to claim 1 , preferably for fastening components in such a way that they can slide while in the fully assembled state.
