Abstract

A compact disc protective sleeve package, utilized to prevent compact discs from falling out of a protective sleeve, and comprising a first surface layer and a second surface layer configured to be corresponding layers. An intermediary layer is further configured between the first surface layer and the second surface layer, having two side edges and a bottom edge of the first surface layer and the second surface layer conterminously sealed, and because top edges of the first surface layer and the second surface layer are left unsealed, openings are formed there between. In addition, a top edging of the first surface layer extends to form a flap, which can fold over and cover the openings. Upon the flap folding over the openings, a closed package is formed thereof, and achieves objective of preventing the compact disc from falling out from the protective sleeve.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A compact disc protective sleeve package, comprising:
a first surface layer; a second surface layer, which with the first surface layer are configured as corresponding layers, and conterminously sealed with two side edges and a bottom edge of the first surface layer, and top edges of the first surface layer and the second surface layer form openings there between; an intermediary layer, which is configured between the first surface layer and the second surface layer, thereby compartmentalizing the first surface layer and the second surface layer, and separately forming a contain space with the first and second surface layers respectively, characterized in that: the top edge of the first surface layer is extended to form a flap, which can fold over and cover the openings, thereby forming a closed package.

2 . The compact disc protective sleeve package as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a gap is cut in the top edge of the second surface layer, and shaped so as to correspond with a shape of the flap.

3 . The compact disc protective sleeve package as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a retainer tab extends from the gap.

4 . The compact disc protective sleeve package as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an insertion slot is defined close to the top edge in the second surface layer, the insertion slot thereby allowing the flap to tuck into therein.

5 . The compact disc protective sleeve package as claimed in claim 1 , wherein mutually fastenable components are configured on the flap and the second surface layer, including mutually fastenable components such as hook and loop fastener strips, male and female fasteners, and so on.

6 . The compact disc protective sleeve package as claimed in claim 1 , wherein several intermediary layers can be configured, such as 2 or 3 intermediary layers, thereby allowing number of contain spaces to correspondingly increase.
