Abstract

A cigar tobacco paper and a method for packaging the same is provided. The cigar tobacco paper is packaged with a tapered tubular means to hold a shape of the cigar tobacco paper. The cigar tobacco paper is rolled into a plurality of layers and placed within a tapered tubular means. The tubular means may be formed over the rolled tobacco paper or may be formed prior to insertion of the tobacco paper into the tubular means. The tubular means is tapered at its end points which in turn causes the cigar tobacco paper to be tapered to correspond to the shape of the tubular means. The tubular means may have a plurality of pieces that may be united to form the complete tubular means. The pieces of the tubular means may make insertion and extraction of the cigar tobacco paper easier. The encased tobacco paper within the tubular means allows for the tobacco paper to keep a rolled shape until delivered and used by a consumer. The tubular means may maintain the moisture and the flavor of the cigar tobacco paper prior to delivery to a consumer.

Claims

1 . A product for wrapping and packaging a cigar paper, the product comprising:
 a cigar tobacco paper wrapped around itself into a plurality of layers;    a tubular means wherein said tubular means encloses the tobacco paper and further wherein said tubular means has a first end and a second end wherein the tubular means is tapered at at least one of said first end or of said second end;

2 . The product of claim 1 further comprising:
a container means for shipping the cigar tobacco paper wherein said container means may hold a plurality of cigar tobacco paper.

3 . The product of claim 1 wherein said cigar tobacco paper is a tobacco leaf.

4 . The product of claim 1 wherein the cigar tobacco paper is homogenized tobacco paper.

5 . The product of claim 1 wherein the tubular means is aluminum foil.

6 . The product of claim 1 wherein the tubular means is plastic.

7 . The product of claim 1 wherein said tubular means has a first end and a second end wherein said tubular means is tapered at said first end.

8 . The product of claim 1 wherein said tubular means has a plurality of pieces that are coupled together to form the tubular means

9 . The product of claim 1 wherein said tubular means has a plurality of pieces that are coupled together to form the tubular means wherein said plurality of pieces each have a first side and a second side wherein said at least one of said first side or of said second side are tapered at their ends and further wherein said cigar tobacco paper is enclosed within said tubular means in a corresponding fashion and is tapered corresponding to the tapered tubular means.

10 . The product of claim 1 further comprising:
a container means for shipping the cigar tobacco paper to a consumer wherein said container means is comprised of plastic.

11 . A method for packaging a cigar tobacco paper to be used by a consumer, the method comprising the steps of:
providing a cigar tobacco paper to be used by the consumer to fill with tobacco filler; inserting an object on top of the cigar tobacco paper to hold the shape of the tobacco paper; and providing a tapered tubular means to enclose the tobacco paper.

12 . The method as described in claim 11 further comprising the step of:
placing the object on top of the tobacco paper for wrapping.

13 . The method as described in claim 11 further comprising the step of:
rolling the tobacco paper about the object to hold a shape.

14 . The method as described in claim 11 further comprising the step of:
inserting the rolled cigar tobacco paper into the tapered tubular means.

15 . The method as described in claim 11 further comprising the step of:
forming the tapered tubular means about the rolled cigar tobacco paper.

16 . The method as described in claim 11 wherein the tubular means encompasses the tobacco paper in a tapered form at its ends.

17 . The method as described in claim 11 wherein the rolled tobacco paper is placed in a tubular means wherein said tubular means is tapered at its ends wherein said cigar tobacco paper is tapered to correspond to the shape of the inside wall of the tubular means.

18 . The method as described in claim 11 further comprising the step of:
placing the rolled tobacco paper and tubular means in a container means wherein said container means is a watertight and airtight material.

19 . The method as described in claim 11 further comprising:
providing an access to unwrap the tobacco paper and tubular means upon opening by a consumer.

20 . The method as described in claim 11 further comprising:
