Pivotal bay cover on front panel of computer chassis

Abstract

A pivotal bay cover on front panel of computer chassis is used to cover a corresponding bay slot on the front panel, wherein the bay cover and the front panel respectively comprise an axle and an axle hole on the same side for pivotally coupling the bay cover with the front panel, such that computer peripherals can be installed or removed quickly without removing the front panel and the bay cover.

A bay cover on front panel of computer chassis, being covered on a corresponding bay slot on a front panel, characterized in that said bay cover and said bay slot being disposed on the same side and respectively comprising an axle and a corresponding axle hole for movably opening and closing said bay cover on said front panel, thereby a computer peripheral being installed or removed quickly without removing said front panel and said bay cover.

The bay cover on front panel of computer chassis as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said bay slot at one end respectively comprises upper and lower symmetrical axle arms extended outward, and said two axle arms at their corresponding surfaces on the free end respectively has an axle for being clamped into a predetermined axle hole disposed on the same side of said bay cover.

The bay cover on front panel of computer chassis as recited in  claim 1  wherein said bay cover at one end respectively comprises upper and lower symmetrical grooves extended inward, and the bottom surface of said two grooves respectively has a corresponding axle hole for pivotally coupling said axle.  
   
   
       4 . The bay cover on front panel of computer chassis as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said bay cover on the other side comprises a latch for latching said bay slot.  
   
   
       5 . The bay cover on front panel of computer chassis as recited in  claim 4 , wherein said bay latch is substantially a U-shaped bracket.  
   
   
       6 . The bay cover on front panel of computer chassis as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said bay cover is substantially convex outside and concave inside, for covering the exposed area of said computer peripheral.

The bay cover on front panel of computer chassis as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said bay cover at one end respectively comprises upper and lower symmetrical grooves extended inward, and the bottom surface of said two grooves respectively has a corresponding axle hole for pivotally coupling said axle.
