Recording material roll unit and apparatus for manufacture of recording material roll unit
Abstract
A recording paper roll unit comprises plural recording paper rolls that are held by a common core. The recording paper rolls are covered with a light shielding sheet. When the core is rotated, the recording papers are drawn out from the recording paper rolls. Two images are recorded at a time by exposure to the recording papers. When the recording papers have the same recording characteristics, the exposure condition of an exposure unit becomes the same. When the recording papers have the same length, the recording paper rolls can be used up at the same time. When the recording papers have the same width, two images of the same size are recorded at the same time, and thus it is possible to increase the recording speed.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A recording material roll unit comprising plural recording material rolls formed by winding plural belt-shaped recording materials, the recording material rolls being integrated and arranged in a widthwise direction.
2 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 1 , further comprising a single first core for winding the recording materials.
3 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 1 , further comprising:
second cores for winding the recording materials; and a support shaft that inserts the second cores, thereby the recording material rolls are integrated.
4 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a third core for winding one of the recording materials; and at least one fourth core for winding other recording material, a part of the third core inserting in the fourth core.
5 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 1 , further comprising plural fifth cores for winding the recording materials, the fifth cores being adhered to each other.
6 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 1 , wherein the recording materials have the same recording characteristics.
7 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 1 , wherein the recording materials have the same length.
8 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 1 , wherein the recording materials have the same width.
9 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 1 , wherein the recording material rolls are separated.
10 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 9 , further comprising a spacer for adjusting the gap between the recording material rolls.
11 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 1 , wherein the recording material is a photosensitive recording material.
12 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 11 , further comprising a light shielding sheet for covering the recording material rolls.
13 . The recording material roll unit according to claim 12 , wherein the light shielding sheet is connected to leading end portions of the recording materials.
14 . An apparatus for manufacture of a recording material roll unit in which plural recording material rolls are supported by a core, the recording material roll being formed by winding a belt-shaped recording material, the apparatus comprising:
a winding shaft that supports the core, the length of the core being about multiple of the width of the recording material; and a winding section to rotate the winding shaft to wind the recording materials around the core, the recording materials being arranged in parallel in a widthwise direction.
15 . The apparatus for manufacture according to claim 14 , further comprising:
a web cutter to cut a wide web into the recording materials; and a separation section provided between the web cutter and the winding section for increasing the gap between the recording materials.
16 . The apparatus for manufacture according to claim 14 , further comprising plural rider rollers for pressing the peripheries of the recording material rolls that are supported by the winding shaft, at least one rider roller being provided for each of the recording paper rolls arranged in the widthwise direction.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
