Headwear and clothing packaging system and method
Abstract
A headwear and clothing packaging system comprises headwear having an expanded state, a collapsed state, and a storage state. The expanded state of the headwear is defined by the bottom portion being open such that the headwear forms an open dome. The collapsed state of the headwear is defined by the bottom portion being closed by flattening the bottom portion onto itself such that the headwear forms a flat dome. The storage state is defined by the headwear being disposed in the collapsed state and deformed around an axis transverse to a width measured along the bottom portion of the hat. The storage state can also be defined by the headwear being disposed in the collapsed state and deformed around an axis parallel to the width measured along the bottom portion of the hat. Clothing is rolled in a cylinder shape and a holding element is position around the hat deformed in the storage state and positioned around the rolled clothing. A storage method is also provided.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A headwear and clothing packaging system comprising:
headwear having a bottom portion and a top portion, said headwear having an expanded state, a collapsed state, and a storage state;
said expanded state of said headwear being defined by said bottom portion being open such that said headwear forms an open dome;
said collapsed state of said headwear being defined by said bottom portion being closed by flattening said bottom portion onto itself such that said headwear forms a flat dome;
said storage state being defined by said headwear being disposed in said collapsed state and deformed around an axis transverse to a width measured along said bottom portion of said hat;
clothing being deformed in a cylinder shape; and a holding element; wherein said headwear is disposed in said storage state around said clothing and said holding element is disposed around said headwear.
2 . The headwear and clothing packaging system of claim 1 , wherein said holding element comprises a strap.
3 . The headwear and clothing packaging system of claim 1 , wherein said storage state is defined by said headwear being disposed in a collapsed state and deformed around the axis into an arc.
4 . The headwear and clothing packaging system of claim 1 , wherein said storage state is defined by said headwear disposed in a collapsed state and deformed around the axis into a cylinder.
5 . A headwear and clothing packaging system comprising:
headwear having a bottom portion and a top portion, said headwear having an expanded state, a collapsed state, and a storage state;
said expanded state of said headwear being defined by said bottom portion being open such that said headwear forms an open dome;
said collapsed state of said headwear being defined by said bottom portion being closed by flattening said bottom portion onto itself such that said headwear forms a flat dome;
said storage state being defined by said headwear being disposed in said collapsed state and deformed around an axis parallel to a width measured along said bottom portion of said hat;
clothing being deformed in a cylinder shape; and a holding element; wherein said headwear is disposed in said storage state around said clothing and said holding element is disposed around said headwear.
6 . The headwear and clothing packaging system of claim 5 wherein said storage state is defined by said headwear being disposed in a collapsed state and deformed around the axis into an arc.
7 . The headwear and clothing packaging system of claim 5 wherein said storage state is defined by said headwear being disposed in a collapsed state and deformed around the axis into a cylinder.
8 . A method of packaging headwear and clothing comprising the steps of:
providing headwear having a bottom portion and a top portion, said headwear having an expanded state, a collapsed state, and a storage state;
said expanded state of said headwear being defined by said bottom portion being open such that said headwear forms an open dome;
said collapsed state of said headwear being defined by said bottom portion being closed by flattening said bottom portion onto itself such that said headwear forms a flat dome;
said storage state being defined by said headwear being disposed in said collapsed state and deformed around an axis transverse to a width measured along said bottom portion of said hat.
providing clothing; providing a holding element; deforming said headwear into said storage state; disposing said clothing into a cylinder shape; disposing said headwear around said clothing; and fixing said headwear around said clothing with said holding element.
9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein said step of providing a holding element comprises providing a strap.
10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein said step of deforming said headwear in to said storage state comprises deforming said headwear into an arc shape.
11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein said step of deforming said headwear in to said storage state comprises deforming said headwear into a cylinder shape.
12 . A method of packaging headwear and clothing comprising the steps of:
providing headwear having a bottom portion and a top portion, said headwear having an expanded state, a collapsed state, and a storage state;
said expanded state of said headwear being defined by said bottom portion being open such that said headwear forms an open dome;
said collapsed state of said headwear being defined by said bottom portion being closed by flattening said bottom portion onto itself such that said headwear forms a flat dome;
said storage state being defined by said headwear being disposed in said collapsed state and deformed around an axis parallel to a width measured along said bottom portion of said hat.
providing clothing; providing a holding element; deforming said headwear into said storage state; disposing said clothing into a cylinder shape; disposing said headwear around said clothing; and fixing said headwear around said clothing with said holding element.
13 . The method of claim 12 wherein said step of deforming said headwear in to said storage state comprises deforming said headwear into an arc shape.
14 . The method of claim 12 wherein said step of deforming said headwear in to said storage state comprises deforming said headwear into a cylinder shape.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
