. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the CCI-779 is administered at a dose of 10 to 100 mg per week.

. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the CCI-779 is administered intravenously at a dose of 25 mg per week.

. The method according to claim 1 , wherein CCI-779 is administered orally at a dose of 100 mg to 250 mg per week.

. A pharmaceutical composition useful in treating or inhibiting mantle cell lymphoma in a mammal in need thereof, the composition comprising a CCI-779 in unit dosage form in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

. A pharmaceutical pack containing a course of treatment of mantle cell lymphoma for one individual mammal, said pack comprising a container having a unit of CCI-779 in a unit dosage form.

. The pharmaceutical pack according to claim 8 , wherein said pack contains one to four units of CCI-779.
