Drawer having outstanding outer appearance

Abstract

A drawer includes a thermoplastic layer, and a heat transfer layer mounted on an outer surface of the thermoplastic layer. Thus, the heat transfer layer is directly heat transferred onto the thermoplastic layer and is combined with the thermoplastic layer integrally, so that the combined thermoplastic layer and heat transfer layer present an outstanding outer appearance so as to enhance the aesthetic quality of the drawer.

1 . A drawer, comprising: 
 a thermoplastic layer; and    a heat transfer layer mounted on an outer surface of the thermoplastic layer.    
   
   
       2 . The drawer in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the heat transfer layer is combined with the outer surface of the thermoplastic layer integrally.  
   
   
       3 . The drawer in accordance with  claim 1 , further comprising a bottom plate, and a plurality of side plates surrounding the bottom plate to form a receiving space, wherein the thermoplastic layer is mounted on the bottom plate and the side plates.  
   
   
       4 . The drawer in accordance with  claim 3 , wherein the bottom plate is integrally formed with the thermoplastic layer.  
   
   
       5 . The drawer in accordance with  claim 3 , wherein the side plates are integrally formed with the thermoplastic layer.  
   
   
       6 . The drawer in accordance with  claim 3 , wherein the thermoplastic layer forms an outer surface of the bottom plate and the side plates of the drawer.  
   
   
       7 . The drawer in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the thermoplastic layer forms a micro-pore structure.  
   
   
       8 . The drawer in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the heat transfer layer is heat press transferred onto the thermoplastic layer.  
   
   
       9 . The drawer in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the heat transfer layer has a surface provided with plurality of patterns.  
   
   
       10 . The drawer in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the heat transfer layer is printed on a film made of heat resistant material.
