Abstract
A powder box includes a housing, a gear, and containing part; the housing has a gap, and a pivotal post located near to the gap on an inner side thereof, the gear can turn on the pivotal post of the housing, and projects outwards from the gap of the housing; the containing part has a holding room for containing powder therein, and is connected with, and displaceable relative to, the housing with a rack thereof engaging the gear; thus, the containing part can be normally held in the housing, and can be made to project outwards from the housing by means of operating the gear.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A powder box, comprising
a housing having a gap, and a pivotal post located near to the gap on an inner side thereof; a gear capable of rotating on the pivotal post of the housing, and projecting outwards from the gap of the housing; and a containing part having a holding room for containing powder therein; the containing part being connected with an inner side of the housing, and displaceable relative to the housing with a rack thereof engaging the gear such that it can be made to project outwards from an opening of the housing by means of operating the gear.
2 . The powder box as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the containing part has a stopping portion, which will come into contact with a corresponding stopping projection formed in the housing for preventing the containing part from separating from the housing during a course of the containing part projecting outwards from the housing.
3 . The powder box as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the containing part has a plurality of protrusions and trenches substantially extending along a whole length thereof; the protrusions being respectively supported on corresponding supporting portions formed on the inner side of the housing, and the trenches respectively fitting over corresponding guiding bars formed on the inner side of the housing for guiding the containing part when the containing part is being displaced relative to the housing.
4 . The powder box as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the housing is comprised of an upper part, and a lower part joined to the upper part.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
