Cable structure for weight lifting exercisers

Abstract

A cable structure for weight lifting exerciser includes a core comprising a braid of steel wires and a first Nylon layer is wrapped to an outer periphery of the core and a second Nylon layer is wrapped to an outer periphery of the first Nylon layer. The first Nylon layer and the second Nylon layer have different colors. Therefore, the color of the first Nylon layer becomes a visible warning color when the second Nylon layer is worn out.

1 . A cable structure for weight lifting exerciser, comprising: 
 a core comprising a braid of steel wires;    a first Nylon layer wrapped to an outer periphery of the core and a second Nylon layer wrapped to an outer periphery of the first Nylon layer, the first Nylon layer and the second Nylon layer having different colors.    
   
   
       2 . The cable structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a mediate layer is sandwiched between the first Nylon layer and the second Nylon layer.  
   
   
       3 . The cable structure as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the mediate layer is woven to be a desired pattern.  
   
   
       4 . The cable structure as claimed in  claim 1  further comprising a central wire made of Kevlar and the steel wires located around the central wire longitudinally.
