Abstract

The present invention provides a process for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage, where the filtered sewage is heated by the burning of waste, and the sewage under high-temperature and high-pressure pushes a turbine generator to generate electricity. Then the solution-mixture of sewage under high temperature and pressure and the exhaust gas generated by the burning of waste, after neutralization with acid and base, undergoes a drying-treatment by sucking out the water steam, and clean water and residue are finally separated from each other. An apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage is also produced having a closed incinerator, a turbine generator and a sewage pipe for supplying drive-power/force to the turbine generator. In this way, domestic waste and sewage can be treated together, and meanwhile a weight and volume-reducing, innocuous and energy-generating treatment of the domestic waste and sewage is realized.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage, comprising:
a closed incinerator, a turbine generator, and sewage pipes for supplying drive-power/force to the turbine generator,
the sewage pipes being positioned above the closed incinerator to be heated by the same and being connected to the turbine generator, so that the sewage in the sewage pipes is elevated to a high temperature and pressure very quickly thereby providing drive-power/force to the generator,
an air suction pump arranged to suck out an exhaust gas generated by the burning in the closed incinerator and to direct the exhaust gas to a neutralization chamber; a conduit arranged to guide the sewage at high temperature and pressure from the turbine generator into the neutralization chamber together to form a liquid-mixture with the exhaust gas; a conduit arranged to guide the liquid-mixture under pressure from the neutralization chamber into at least one multi-layer pipe through a pressurizing machine, at least one air suction pump for sucking water steam out of the liquid-mixture, and a condenser arranged to condense the steam into clean water, leaving behind a residue.

2 . An apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage according to claim 1 , wherein the sewage pipes comprise two forms, sewage pipes close to the closed incinerator being relatively narrow at a side near the generator but relatively wide at a side away from the generator, and pipes away from the closed incinerator being consistent in size, said two forms of sewage pipes being connected with each other through a plurality of two-way pipes.

3 . An apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage according to claim 2 , wherein holes on the sewage pipes are threaded, and the corresponding two-way pipes are matingly threaded at end top and bottom portions, the two-way pipe has a central shaft, wherein a top end of said central shaft is connected to the two-way pipe through four elastic sheets, and a bottom end of said central shaft is connected to a circular convex cover.

4 . An apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage according to claim 3 , wherein the air suction pump is arranged above the closed incinerator to suck out the exhaust gas generated by the burning in the closed incinerator into the neutralization chamber, and the liquid-mixture is guided under pressure into a plurality of multi-layer pipes through the pressurizing machine.

5 . An apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage according to claim 4 , wherein a gas-reflow-preventing device is connected to the neutralization chamber.

6 . An apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage according to claim 5 , wherein the gas-reflow-preventing device is in the form of a cylinder with a central shaft, a top end of said central shaft is connected to the two-way pipe through four elastic sheets, and a bottom end of said central shaft is connected to a circular convex cover, a bottom end of the gas-reflow-preventing device has a ring of elastic baffle on which there is a buckle cover connected to a cylindrical upper end of said gas-reflow-preventing device through two steel pieces, a top end of said gas-reflow-preventing device is closed with two threaded holes in a middle portion, and the ends of the exhaust pipes and sewage pipes are also threaded so that they can be engaged with each other.

7 . A process for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage, comprising the steps:
filtering a liquid stream of sewage to remove solids of a selected size; heating a remaining liquid portion of the sewage with a burning of a waste material to produce a high temperature and pressure fluid; directing the high temperature and pressure fluid against a turbine generator to produce electricity; combining the high temperature and pressure fluid with exhaust gases from the burning of the waste material; neutralizing the combined fluid and gases with at least one of acids and bases, withdrawing steam from the combined fluid and gases; condensing water from the withdrawn steam; and separating the condensed water from the remaining portions of the combined fluid and gases.
