Integrally formed bra

Abstract

An integrally formed bra includes an outer fabric, an inner fabric, two bra cups, two steel rim straps attached with steel rims and a set of clasp device assembly. In assembling, the two steel rim straps are first sewed to the two bra cups at the lower edges respectively. Then the bra cups, outer fabric, inner fabric and clasp device assembly are respectively coated on the peripheries or the needed joints thereof with adhesive. Finally, the outer fabric, inner fabric, bra cups and clasp device assembly are respectively positioned at a predetermined position of a mold to form a bra by hot pressing.

1 . An integrally formed bra comprises: 
 an outer fabric, being of a piece body with two cup-shaped breasts and two back straps extended toward both sides and then back;    an inner fabric, having a corresponding size and shape to the outer fabric;    two bra cups for receiving breasts;    two steel rim straps attached with steel rims for supporting and uplifting breasts; and    a set of clasp device assembly, being a connection means at back;    wherein the two steel rim straps are first sewed to the two bra cups at the lower edges respectively, then the bra cups, outer fabric, inner fabric and clasp device assembly are respectively coated on the peripheries or the needed joints thereof with adhesive, and finally the outer fabric, inner fabric, bra cups and clasp device assembly are respectively positioned at a predetermined position of a mold to form a bra by hot pressing.    
   
   
       2 . The integrally formed bra as claimed in  claim 1 , further comprises two shoulder straps.

The integrally formed bra as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the clasp device assembly comprises clasp devices, a lining piece, an outer fabric and an inner fabric; the clasp devices are secured to the lining piece by sewing; the lining piece is coated on the peripheries thereof with adhesive; the outer fabric and the inner fabric with same contour as the lining piece are also coated on the peripheries thereof with adhesive; and the lining piece, outer fabric and inner fabric are joined together by hot pressing to form the clasp device assembly.  
   
   
       4 . The integrally formed bra as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the clasp device can be a sticking clasp.
