Discardable aluminum foil ashtray

Abstract

My invention is the creation and improvement of a discardable ashtray. Which is light in weight, discardable, of recyclable aluminum foil (it is up to the person to recycle the ashtray or not) and very unexpensive. Once the person is finished smoking he/she can fold it in 2 capturing inside all unwanted ashes and cigarette butts. This will ensure that no ashes will fall on the ground contaminating our environment. This material is so light and convenient that it can be taken anywhere, it fits in a person's palm, in pockets and purses. It can be used inside a car, it can be used in our patios and outside events for our friends and guests, it can be used inside our homes. Restaurants, hotels, bars and clubs can use them by offering them to their guests, specially in those states where smoking inside is not allowed anymore. I created a product to help clean the residue of smoking, before it hits the ground, we are contributing to a better and cleaner environment.

1 . The subject matter which I regard as my invention and claim as mine is the creation and improvement of a discardable ashtray. Which is light in weight, discardable, of recyclable aluminum foil (it is up to the person to recycle the ashtray or not) and very unexpensive. Once the person is finished smoking he/she can fold it in 2 capturing inside all unwanted ashes and cigarette butts. This will ensure that no ashes will fall on the ground contaminating our environment. 
 I also claim any variation and any color that a discardable ashtray can be made of. This ashtray is intended for people to buy it in any kind of store that would seel it and for Hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs and any other establishment that these ashtrays can be offered to its clients or guests for convenience and to assure a cleaner environement.
