Ceiling hinge assembly

Abstract

An improved hinge assembly disclosed in this invention makes the installation more convenient by redesigning the single-axle hinge structure, which comprises a base and a rotary rod, and the connection between the rotary rod and the base is improved by replacing the protruded axle at one end of the original rotary rod with a connecting groove, and makes the pivotal connection of the rotary rod easier and the connection more secure.

1 . An improved ceiling hinge assembly, being a single-axle design comprising: 
 a base,    a rotary rod having a rod head and a rod body, is coupled to said base;    a connecting axle disposed on said base;    a connecting groove disposed at said rod head of said rotary rod; and    a screw disposed on a side of said rod head for adjusting the relative position of said rod head of the rotary rod and said base.    
   
   
       2 . The improved ceiling hinge assembly of  claim 1 , wherein said rod head of the rotary rod at its side has a plurality of holes for said screw to adjust the hinge in the vertical direction.  
   
   
       3 . The improved ceiling hinge assembly of  claim 1 , wherein said rod body of the rotary rod has a plurality of holes for fixing the screw rod to a door panel.  
   
   
       4 . The improved ceiling hinge assembly of  claim 3 , wherein said rotary rod and the door panel are fixed by a screw rod, and have a cushion at the position where said rotary rod and the door panel are coupled.  
   
   
       5 . The improved ceiling hinge assembly of  claim 1 , wherein said rod head of the rotary rod is a flat key in contact with a door panel.
