Sloped drain down wall fitting for whirlpool bathtub

Abstract

A water wall fitting for a whirlpool bathtub having a cover and a shape to enable drainage of a closed loop piping system into a tub. Additionally, a water jet in said housing that delivers a hydro massage.

1 . A whirlpool bathtub having a closed loop piping system, further comprising: 
 a. a wall fitting having a housing, the housing having a flange for providing a mount to an inside of a tub, below a water fill line of a tub, an input orifice and an output orifice and a sloped drainage path;    b. a vertically orientated cover having at least one drainage opening;    c. said cover attached to said housing; and    d. wherein the sloped drainage path of said housing allows water to drain from a closed loop piping system into said tub.    
   
   
       2 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , said housing further comprising a jet assembly that delivers a hydro massage.  
   
   
       3 . A whirlpool bathtub having a closed loop piping system, further comprising: 
 a. a wall fitting having a housing, the housing further having a flange for providing a mount to an inside of a tub, below a water fill line of a tub; an input orifice and an output orifice, and a sloped drainage path;    b. a vertically orientated cover having at least one water flow through opening;    c. said cover attached to said housing; and    d. wherein said sloped drainage path compensates for tub wall draft allowing water to drain from a closed loop piping system into said tub.    
   
   
       4 . The apparatus of  claim 2 , said housing further comprising a jet assembly that delivers a hydro massage.  
   
   
       5 . A whirlpool bathtub having a closed loop piping system, further comprising: 
 a. a wall fitting having a housing, the housing further having a flange for providing a mount to an inside of a tub, below a water fill line of a tub; an input orifice and an output orifice and a shape to enable complete drainage;    b. a vertically orientated cover having at least one opening; and    c. wherein the said housing is sloped to compensate for tub wall draft allowing water to drain from a closed loop piping system into said tub.
