Abstract

A novelty attachment for a cap includes a base member having an attachment means to the cap, a spring member attached to the base member, and a novelty item attached to the top of the spring member. The novelty item may be removable and exchangeable.

1 . A spring containing cap attachment comprising: 
 a base member having an attachment means to the cap;    a spring member having a top and a bottom, the bottom of the spring member attached to a top of the base member; and    a novelty item attached to a top of the spring member.    
   
   
       2 . The spring containing cap attachment of  claim 1  wherein the base member comprises a plate having a notch contained therein wherein said notch can be secured about a button on a top of said cap.
