Dispenser

Abstract

The dispenser has two halves hingedly attached to one another. One half holds tissues, such as blotting tissues, being retained by biased member. Bias member is a clamp extending across the entire width of the case. The upper half of the case has a mirror attached to its inner surface. The case holds an ample supply of blotting tissues yet compact allowing easy portability.

1 . A dispenser, comprising 
 a bottom portion,    a top portion hingedly connected to said bottom portion, said top portion having an inner surface and an outer surface,    a mirror attached to said top portion inner surface, and    tissue retained in said bottom portion.    
   
   
       2 . The dispenser of  claim 1 , wherein 
 said tissues are blotting tissues.    
   
   
       3 . The dispenser of  claim 1 , wherein 
 said tissues are retained by a clamp.    
   
   
       4 . The dispenser of  claim 3 , wherein said clamp extends the width of the bottom portion.  
   
   
       5 . The dispenser of  claim 3 , wherein said clamp is biased against said tissues.  
   
   
       6 . The dispenser of  claim 5 , further comprising 
 a torsional spring biasing said clamp against said tissues.
