Abstract

A machine for producing loom-woven fabrics decorated by embroidery or by applying decorative elements, comprising a first working station, and a second working station, with at least one head for embroidering and/or for applying decorative elements to the sheet of fabric produced in the first working station. The sheet longitudinal advancement elements for supporting the sheet of fabric on a working surface that is substantially horizontal at least at the second working station, and a movement device for moving the head for embroidering and/or for applying decorative elements along at least one direction transversely to the advancement direction of the sheet of fabric on the working surface.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A machine for producing loom-woven, decorated fabrics, comprising: a first working station with a loom-weaving machine for producing a sheet of fabric; a second working station with is at least one head for embroidering and/or applying decorative elements to said sheet of fabric; advancement means for longitudinal advancement of the sheet of fabric produced in said first working station along an advancement direction, through said second working station, said advancement means being adapted to support said sheet of fabric on a working surface that is substantially horizontal at least at said second working station; and movement means for moving said at least one head for embroidering and/or for applying decorative elements along at least one direction that lies transversely to said advancement direction on said working surface.

2 . The machine of claim 1 , wherein said movement means are provided adapted to produce translational motion of said head for embroidering and/or for applying decorative elements along a first direction that is parallel to said advancement direction and along a second direction that is perpendicular to said advancement direction on said working surface.

3 . The machine of claim 1 , wherein said movement means are functionally connected to said advancement means for a movement of said at least one head for embroidering and/or for applying decorative elements, on said working surface, which is correlated to the advancement of said sheet of fabric along said advancement direction.

4 . The machine of claim 3 , wherein said advancement means comprise a first group of sheet tension rollers, which is arranged directly downstream of said first working station along the advancement direction of said sheet of fabric along said advancement direction; the sheet tension rollers of said first group being arranged with axes thereof being horizontal and transverse to said advancement direction.

5 . The machine of claim 4 , wherein said advancement means comprise a second group of sheet tension rollers that is arranged directly upstream, and a third sheet tension roller group that is arranged directly downstream of said second working station, respectively, along the advancement direction of said sheet of fabric along said advancement direction; the sheet tension rollers of said second roller group and of said third roller group being arranged with axes thereof horizontal and transverse with respect to said advancement direction.

6 . The machine of claim 1 , comprising multiple heads for embroidering and/or for applying decorative elements, which are arranged mutually side by side along a direction that is substantially perpendicular to said advancement direction.

7 . The machine of claim 1 , adapted to be operated according to preset programs, said loom-weaving machine producing a sheet of fabric that is decorated according to a preset program, and said at least one head for embroidering and/or for applying decorative elements working according to a further preset program that is correlated to the preset program for the actuation of said loom-weaving machine in order to perform, in said second working station, embroidery and/or applications of further decorative elements at decorations made on the sheet of fabric that originates from said first working station.

8 . The machine of claim 7 , further comprising a programmable actuation and control element that is connected to said loom-weaving machine and to said at least one head for embroidering and/or for applying decorative elements for actuation thereof according to the preset working programs.

9 . The machine of claim 8 , wherein said programmable control and actuation element is of an electronic type.

10 . The machine of claim 9 , comprising controlling means for controlling the advancement of said sheet of fabric along said advancement direction, said advancement control means being functionally connected to said control and actuation element.
