A cylindrical building block having four slots in its outer shell and having two holes in it's diametrically opposite sides and having two semicircular cuts in each of its two flat open faces

1 . I claim a Hollow block having four slots in its shell. The lengths of the slots are of half the height of the block  
   
   
       2 . A block as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the hollow block is in the form of a cylinder.
