Hermetic scroll compressor
Abstract
Provided is a hermetic scroll compressor comprising: an upper frame which supports an upper side of a driving shaft and has an oil pocket at a center portion thereof so that oil can be accumulated therein; a fixed scroll fixed to the upper frame; an orbiting scroll which is revolved between the fixed scroll and the upper frame so as to compress fluid; an Oldham ring having two upper keys inserted into a side of the orbiting scroll and two lower keys inserted into a side of the upper frame; a lower key groove formed at the upper frame so that the lower key is accommodated therein so as to be linearly reciprocated; and an oil supplying structure formed at a body of the upper frame so as to supply the oil from the oil pocket to the lower key groove. The friction generated between the orbiting scroll and the thrust surface of the upper frame can be minimized.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A hermetic scroll compressor comprising:
an upper frame which supports an upper side of a driving shaft and has an oil pocket at a center portion thereof so that oil can be accumulated therein; a fixed scroll fixed to the upper frame; an orbiting scroll which is revolved between the fixed scroll and the upper frame so as to compress fluid; an Oldham ring having two upper keys inserted into a side of the orbiting scroll and two lower keys inserted into a side of the upper frame; a lower key groove formed at the upper frame so that the lower key is accommodated therein so as to be linearly reciprocated; and an oil supplying structure formed at a body of the upper frame so as to supply the oil from the oil pocket to the lower key groove.
2 . The compressor according to claim 1 , wherein the oil supplying structure is an oil hole formed to be penetrated from the oil pocket to the lower key groove.
3 . The compressor according to claim 1 , wherein the oil supplying structure is an oil groove formed on a thrust surface of the upper frame for supporting the orbiting scroll and formed from the oil pocket to the lower key groove.
4 . A hermetic scroll compressor comprising:
an upper frame which supports an upper side of a driving shaft; a scroll compressing portion disposed at the upper frame so as to be revolved to compress fluid; an oil supplying structure formed at a body of the upper frame so as to supply the oil to the scroll compressing portion; and an oil supplying portion having an oil passage formed along an inner portion of a driving shaft so as to supply the oil to the oil supplying structure, and an oil feeder for pushing up the oil to the oil passage.
5 . The compressor according to claim 4 , wherein the upper frame includes an oil pocket for supplying the oil to the oil supplying structure.
6 . The compressor according to claim 4 , wherein the scroll compressing portion includes a fixed scroll fixed to the upper frame.
7 . The compressor according to claim 4 , wherein the scroll compressing portion includes an orbiting scroll, which is revolved on the upper frame.
8 . The compressor according to claim 4 , wherein the scroll compressing portion further includes an Oldham ring having upper keys symmetrically formed on an upper side surface thereof to be protruded in a desired height and lower keys symmetrically formed on a lower side surface thereof to be protruded in a desired height.
9 . The compressor according to claim 4 , wherein the oil supplying structure is a hole formed from a center portion of the upper frame in a diameter direction so that the oil supplied from the oil supplying portion can be moved to the scroll compressing portion.
10 . The compressor according to claim 4 , wherein the oil supplying structure is formed from a center portion of the upper frame in a diameter direction so as to be caved in a desired depth, so that the oil supplied from the oil supplying portion can be moved to the scroll compressing portion.
11 . A hermetic scroll compressor comprising:
an upper frame which supports an upper side of a driving shaft and has an oil storing portion at a center portion thereof so that oil can be accumulated therein; at least one or more scroll member which is revolved on the upper frame so as to compress fluid; an Oldham ring having at least one upper key coupled to the scroll member and at least one lower key inserted into a side of the upper frame; and an oil supplying structure formed at a side of the upper frame so as to supply oil from the oil storing portion to a surface of the lower key.
12 . The compressor according to claim 11 , wherein the oil supplying structure is a though-hole which is horizontally formed at a desired depth from an upper side surface of the upper frame.
13 . The compressor according to claim 11 , wherein the oil supplying structure is horizontally caved from an upper side surface of the upper frame.
14 . The compressor according to claim 11 , further comprising an Oldham ring having an upper key protruded on an upper side surface thereof and a lower key protruded on a lower side surface thereof; and
an upper frame having a lower key groove in which the lower key is accommodated to be reciprocated, an oil pocket formed at a center portion thereof to accumulate oil, and an oil groove and oil hole for supplying the oil from the oil pocket to the lower key groove.
15 . The compressor according to claim 14 , wherein the oil groove is formed on the upper side surface of the upper frame to be caved in a desired depth, and the oil pocket is communicated with the lower key.
16 . The compressor according to claim 14 , wherein the oil hole is formed at a desired depth from the upper side surface of the upper frame, and the oil pocket is communicated with the lower key.
17 . The compressor according to claim 14 , further comprising an orbiting scroll disposed at an upper side of the Oldham ring and having an upper key groove in which the upper key is inserted.
18 . The compressor according to claim 14 , further comprising a fixed scroll fixed to the upper frame and having a compressing chamber therein.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
