Refuse bin

Abstract

Refuse bin having a receptacle which contains a garbage bag and having at least one ring which can be placed onto the upper edge of the receptacle and is used for fixing the garbage bag in place, it being possible for the ring to be secured in a latching manner on the receptacle in the upper edge region thereof, wherein the ring has two vertical, parallel ring legs, the inner ring leg being situated on the inside of the receptacle and the outer ring leg being situated on the outside of the receptacle.

A refuse bin having a receptacle which contains a garbage bag and having at least one ring which can be placed onto an upper edge of the receptacle and is used for fixing the garbage bag in place, the ring is secured in a latching manner on the receptacle ( 11 ) in the upper edge region thereof, wherein the ring has two vertical, parallel ring legs the inner ring leg being situated on the inside of the receptacle and the outer ring leg being situated on the outside of the receptacle.  
   
   
       2 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the receptacle ( 11 ) is an inner bucket for a trash container.  
   
   
       3 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the garbage bag is fastened in such a manner to the receptacle by means of the ring which is placed on it so that it is concealed to the outside by the ring.  
   
   
       4 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a hoop is attached to the ring and can be is used to lift up the receptacle.  
   
   
       5 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the ring has at least one, lathing region, in which it can be connected in a frictional or form-fitting manner to an upper section of the receptacle.  
   
   
       6 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein at least one latching region comprises a tongue which is resiliently elastic approximately in the radial direction.  
   
   
       7 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the ring has incisions laterally next to a resiliently elastic tongue of the latching region.  
   
   
       8 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a step is formed on the receptacle at a distance below the upper edge, and a latching region of the ring snaps over this step when being latched into place.  
   
   
       9 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein the receptacle has, in the region of the step, an undercut which is situated radially further inward.  
   
   
       10 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein the latching region has in the lower end region, an angled section which is directed radially inward and snaps over the step into the undercut.  
   
   
       11 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein at least partially annular, concentric, upwardly protruding ring ribs are formed on the upper side of the ring and the hoop can be deposited between them.  
   
   
       12 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein an outer ring leg and an inner ring leg are connected by a web which connects them and runs at right angles to them and is situated on the upper edge of the receptacle when the ring is placed on it.  
   
   
       13 . The refuse bin as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the ring has a web-like, approximately horizontal supporting region for a lid of the refuse bin.
