Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A sports shoe, comprising a semirigid shell constituted by a heel unit and a separate toe unit, which are slidingly associated to each other; a soft innerboot that is accommodatable in said shell; a covering element for at least partial covering and fastening of said soft innerboot to said shell, said element being connected to said toe unit so as to protrude therefrom; and interconnection means for detachable interconnection between said soft innerboot and said covering element.
2 . The sports shoe of claim 1 , wherein said covering element for covering and fastening said soft innerboot comprises a sheath or overshoe that is connected to said toe unit at a front region thereof.
3 . The sports shoe of claim 2 , wherein said covering element for covering and fastening said soft innerboot comprises two lateral flaps that protrude rearwardly from said toe unit so as to be arrangeable laterally to said soft innerboot with partial interposition between said soft innerboot and respective sides of said heel unit.
4 . The sports shoe of claim 3 , wherein said interconnection means for detachable interconnection between said covering and fastening element and said soft innerboot comprises a tongue that protrudes from said soft innerboot proximate to a toe region thereof, said tongue being arrangeable through a slot formed transversely in said element and being provided with engagement means for engaging said soft innerboot.
5 . The sports shoe of claim 4 , wherein said engagement means comprise a press-stud that interacts between a free end of said tongue and the toe region of said soft innerboot.
6 . The sports shoe of claim 3 , wherein said covering element for covering and fastening said soft innerboot comprises fastening means for fastening said sports shoe around the foot of a user, said fastening means comprising laces guided between said lateral flaps of said sheath or overshoe.
7 . The sports shoe of claim 1 , further comprising interlocking means for detachable interconnection between said soft innerboot and said heel unit, that are constituted by at least two interlocking cleats that protrude laterally to said soft innerboot and are insertable within complementarily shaped openings formed in said heel unit.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
