Abstract

An adjuster for an elevated floor comprises a threaded pipe having an inner thread for connecting with a connecting hole which is on the elevated floor, and the threaded pipe is thread connected therein with a footing seat and a fixing screw mounted above the footing seat. The footing seat has an adjustment hole on its upper end, the fixing screw has a through hole extended from top to bottom, which is larger than the adjustment hole of the footing seat, so that the adjustment tool can be extended through the through hole and inlaid in the adjustment hole for adjusting the displacement of the threaded pipe relative to the footing seat. The adjuster can effectively reduce the gross height of the elevated floor and reduce waste of space. Further, it is suitable for use in new and old buildings.

1 . An adjuster for an elevated floor comprising: 
 a threaded pipe with an inner thread, said threaded pipe is for connecting with a connecting hole which is on said elevated floor;    a footing seat with an external thread on an external upper end thereof for threading and connecting into said threaded pipe, said footing seat further has an adjustment hole on its upper end; and    a fixing screw mounted above said footing seat and thread connecting into said threaded pipe, rotation of said fixing screw presses tight said footing seat, the fixing screw has a through hole extended from top to bottom, which is larger than the adjustment hole of the footing seat, so that the adjustment tool can be extended through the through hole and inlaid in the adjustment hole for adjusting the displacement of the threaded pipe relative to the footing seat.    
   
   
       2 . The adjuster for an elevated floor as in  claim 1 , wherein: 
 said threaded pipe is in the form of an inversed “T” which has a hexagonal stub on its upper portion, a bushing is provided between said threaded pipe and said connecting hole which is on said elevated floor, said bushing is with an inner hexagonal hole.    
   
   
       3 . The adjuster for an elevated floor as in  claim 1 , wherein: 
 said adjustment hole of said footing seat and the hole of said fixing screw are both hexagonal.    
   
   
       4 . The adjuster for an elevated floor as in  claim 3 , wherein: 
 an inner tangent circle of said hexagonal through hole of said fixing screw is larger than an outer contact circle of said hexagonal adjustment hole of said footing seat.
