Abstract

An edge structure of container paperboard object with weaved tier covered on surface is researched and developed to integrate the strengthening function of edge pattern and trimming edge and the decorative function, facilitate installation and process, as well as prolong its life-span; It mainly makes use of stitch of the decorative edge of paperboard object and fix the weaved tier and paperboard so as to strengthen the intensity of strengthened paperboard trimming edge, improve the decorative function of the paperboard object trimming edge, or make use of an edge lace covered in the trimming edge of paperboard object to fix the weaved tier and cardboard by stitch of paperboard object to further strengthen the intensity of the trimming edge of paperboard object to form a paper contain with weaved tier, facilitate assembling and process, strengthen the structure intensity of paper container structure and prolong its life span.

1 . A paperboard comprising: 
 a plurality of cardboards with woven layers covered on a surface of the cardboards, wherein the cardboards are cut into designated shape according to a container pattern    a stitched decorative edge on a trimming edge of the cardboards to fix the woven layer and cardboard so as to strengthen intensity of a strengthened trimming edge.    
   
   
       2 . The paperboard of  claim 1 , further comprising: an edge lace covered in the trimming edge fixed to the woven layer and cardboard by stitching to strengthen the intensity of the trimming edge and further to improve the decorative function of the trimming edge.  
   
   
       3 . The paperboard of  claim 1 , wherein the trimming edge stitches directly to fix the woven layer on the trimming edge and the cardboard, strengthen the intensity of the trimming edge and improve the decorative function of the trimming edge.  
   
   
       4 . The paperboard of  claim 1 , wherein a folding edge on a designated edge is reversely folded through the designated edge and stitched in place of the stitch to fix the woven layer on the trimming edge and the cardboard, strengthen the intensity of the trimming edge and improve the decorative function of the designated edge.
