Electrical Mechanical Icing, Whipped Topping, Cheese and Cookie Dough Dispenser

Abstract

I have invented an electrical, mechanical icing and whipped topping dispenser. This dispenser can be used to dispense frosting, whipped topping, cheese and cookie dough without using manual icing bags. This dispenser includes a 20-ounce refillable cartridge. The refillable cartridge has a quick disconnect unit for easier removal and for changing cartridges when various icing colors are desired.

1 . What I claim as my invention is a method of dispensing icing, whipped topping, cheese and cookie dough through a dispenser that has a 20-ounce replaceable cartridge driven by gear rack powered by a 6-volt fixed or rechargeable power source through a housed multi-geared, low reduction gear box and requires no twisting of wrist and holds all standard tips. The unit also has a reverse as well as a forward direction. This unit also has an adjustable Velcro strap.  
   
   
       2 . A method according to  claim 1  wherein the multi-geared, low reduction gear box, it can be reconfigured to have same gear ration yet in a more compact size for smaller and more ergonomic housing.  
   
   
       3 . A method according to  claim 1  where the 20-ounce replaceable cartridge can have three different inserts for multi color displacements.  
   
   
       4 . A method according to  claim 1  where the tips can be replaced with an adapter for two six colors via gate valve attached to tips through a ⅝ inch hose.  
   
   
       5 . A method according to  claim 1  where housing is made of PVC capped with machined metal plates, can be injection molded for ergonomic reasons and not having metal-capped ends.  
   
   
       6 . A method according to  claim 1  the unit can be fitted with a potentiometer for volume control output.  
   
   
       7 . A method according to  claim 1  the motor can be different voltage.  
   
   
       8 . A method according to  claim 1  the gear rack can be extended for larger canisters.
