Novelty condom packaging

Abstract

The novelty condom packaging provides a single package having separable sealed packets for containing a condom and a lubricant. Two sheets of foil material are sealed together along the edges of the sheets. An additional seal is provided parallel to the side edges and spaced a predetermined distance from one sealed side edge so as to form a large and a small pocket for receiving products. A condom in the large pocket and a lubricant in the small pocket are packaged when the sheets are finally sealed along the top edge to form a sealed condom packet and sealed lubricant packet. The package is perforated along the middle of the seal between the pockets to permit the packets to be separated. A tear slit is provided in a side edge of each packet to permit the packets to be opened to access the condom and lubrication.

1 . A novelty condom packaging, comprising: 
 a first sheet of foil material;    a second sheet of foil material, wherein each said sheet includes top, side and bottom edges;    a lubricant for use with said condom; and    a peripheral seal sealing said top side and bottom edges of said first and second sheets together enclosing said condom and said lubricant;    said sheets including a second seal provided from said top edges of said sheets to said bottom edges of said sheets forming a large packet for storing said condom and a small packet for storing said lubricant; and    said sealed sheets further including perforations down the center of said second seal between packets for permitting separation of said packets; and    a tear slit provided along an edge of each said packet to facilitate individual opening of said packets.    
   
   
       2 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 1 , wherein said condom in provided in said large packet and said lubricant in provided in said small packet.  
   
   
       3 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 2 , wherein said lubricant is a commercially available vaginal lubricant.  
   
   
       4 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 3 , wherein said lubricant contains purified water, benzoic acid, propylene glycol, nestosol, and methyiparaben.  
   
   
       5 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 4 , wherein said foil material is a metal.  
   
   
       6 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 4 , wherein said foil material is a plastic.  
   
   
       7 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 5 , wherein said seals are formed by crimping.  
   
   
       8 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 6 , wherein said seals are formed by heat sealing.  
   
   
       9 . A novelty condom packaging, comprising: 
 a first sheet of metal foil material;    a second sheet of metal foil material, wherein each said sheet includes top, side and bottom edges;    a vaginal lubricant for use with said condom;    a peripheral seal sealing said top side and bottom edges of said first and second sheets together enclosing said condom and said lubricant;    said sheets including a second seal provided from said top edges of said sheets to said bottom edges of said sheets forming a large packet for storing said condom and a small packet for storing said lubricant; and    said sealed sheets further including perforations down the center of said second seal between packets for permitting separation of said packets; and    a tear slit provided along an edge of each said packet to facilitate individual opening of said packets.    
   
   
       10 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 9 , wherein said lubricant contains purified water, benzoic acid, propylene glycol, nestosol, and methyiparaben.  
   
   
       11 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 10 , wherein said condom in provided in said large packet and said lubricant in provided in said small packet.  
   
   
       12 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 9 , wherein said seals are formed by crimping.  
   
   
       13 . A novelty condom packaging, comprising: 
 a first sheet of plastic foil material;    a second sheet of plastic foil material, wherein each said sheet includes top, side and bottom edges;    a vaginal lubricant for use with said condom;    a peripheral seal sealing said top side and bottom edges of said first and second sheets together enclosing said condom and said lubricant;    said sheets including a second seal provided from said top edges of said sheets to said bottom edges of said sheets forming a large packet for storing said condom and a small packet for storing said lubricant;    said sealed sheets further including perforations down the center of said second seal between packets for permitting separation of said packets; and    a tear slit provided along an edge of each said packet to facilitate individual opening of said packets.    
   
   
       14 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 13 , wherein said lubricant contains purified water, benzoic acid, propylene glycol, nestosol, and methyiparaben.  
   
   
       15 . The novelty condom packaging according to  claim 14 , wherein said condom in provided in said large packet and said lubricant in provided in said small packet.
