Abstract
A method for forming caves on a construction, including steps of: preparing an envelope corresponding to the cave to be formed on the construction. Filling a fluid such as a gas or a liquid into the envelope to form a solid envelope; embedding the envelope in the construction to be grouted to define a grouting mold cavity. Deflating or draining the envelope of the fluid after a filling filled in the grouting mold cavity is hardened to achieve a construction with the caves.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for forming caves on a construction, comprising steps of:
preparing an envelope corresponding to the cave to be formed on the construction, a fluid such as a gas or a liquid being filled into the envelope to form a solid envelope; establishing construction moldboards to form a grouting mold cavity; grouting the grouting mold cavity with a filling, after the filling reaches a certain height, the envelope filled with the fluid being placed in the grouting mold cavity in a predetermined position; further grouting the filling into the grouting mold cavity; detaching the construction moldboards after the filling in the grouting mold cavity is hardened; and removing the envelope to achieve a construction with the cave.
2 . The method for forming caves on the construction as claimed in claim 1 , wherein after the filling in the grouting mold cavity is hardened and the construction moldboards are removed, the envelope is deflated or drained of the fluid.
3 . The method for forming caves on the construction as claimed in claim 1 , wherein after the filling in the grouting mold cavity is hardened and the construction moldboards are removed, the envelope is taken out.
4 . The method for forming caves on the construction as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the filling filled into the mold cavity is concrete.
5 . The method for forming caves on the construction as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the filling filled into the mold cavity is resin.
6 . The method for forming caves on the construction as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the filling filled into the mold cavity is water.
7 . The method for forming caves on the construction as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the filling filled into the mold cavity is air.
8 . The method for forming caves on the construction as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the caves include draining holes, sluices, channel reefs and wall caves.
9 . A method for forming caves on a construction, comprising steps of:
preparing an envelope corresponding to the cave to be formed on the construction, a fluid such as a gas or a liquid being filled into the envelope to form a solid envelope; establishing construction moldboards to form a grouting mold cavity; grouting the grouting mold cavity with a filling, after the filling reaches a certain height, the envelope filled with the fluid being placed in the grouting mold cavity in a predetermined position; further grouting the filling into the grouting mold cavity; detaching the construction moldboards after the filling in the grouting mold cavity is hardened; and deflating or draining the envelope of the fluid to achieve a construction with the cave.
10 . The method for forming caves on the construction as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the envelope is not artificially taken out and instead, the envelope is naturally decomposed or reformed or corroded to be removed from the construction and form the cave.
11 . The method for forming caves on the construction as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the caves include draining holes, sluices, channel reefs and wall caves.
12 . A method for forming caves on a construction, comprising steps of: preparing an envelope corresponding to the cave to be formed on the construction; filling a fluid such as a gas or a liquid into the envelope to form a solid envelope; embedding the envelope in the construction to be grouted to define a grouting mold cavity; and deflating or draining the envelope of the fluid after a filling filled in the grouting mold cavity is hardened to achieve a construction with the caves.
13 . The method for forming caves on the construction as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the caves include draining holes, sluices, channel reefs and wall caves.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
