Vials-blinding solution (container and its use in packaging, for example packaging for remedies)
Abstract
The invention relates to a container ( 1.1 - 1.5 ) and a packaging, for example packaging for remedies, comprising a plurality of such containers. Containers and packaging of the type according to the invention are used, for example, in clinical trials of drugs or remedies. According to the invention, it is intended to provide the container or containers with a covering ( 8 ) which is arranged on the outside of the container wall and either changes the appearance of the container wall or makes the pharmaceutical formulation ( 7.1 - 7.5 ) appear opaque through any transparent container wall, so that the appearance of the container wall and/or of the pharmaceutical formulation, for example whether it is a coloured, liquid, pulverulent, lyophilized or granular formulation, is visually undetectable for a user.

24 . A container according to claim 11 , wherein the container is one of an ampoule, syringe and vial.
25 . A packaging for remedies comprising:
a plurality of containers each selectively containing a pharmaceutical formulation where the containers are all provided with a covering so that the appearance of the container walls or the pharmaceutical formulations are visually indistinguishable from one another for the user.
26 . A packaging according to claim 25 , wherein the containers are used in a clinical trial and wherein the user is a test subject taking the pharmaceutical formulation.
27 . A packaging according to claim 25 , wherein when the container wall is nontransparent, the covering changes the appearance of the container wall and when the container wall is transparent, the pharmaceutical formulation appears opaque.
28 . A packaging according to claim 25 , wherein the container is one of a blister pack, a vial, a syringe and an ampoule.
