Reactor manual control system
Abstract
In a boiling water reactor controlling each control rod hydraulically by driving a solenoid valve, the control system comprises an operation control means 41 having a duplicated data processing unit for generating sequence patterns based on the timing of the driving sequence based on the control information provided manually, a transmission control means 42 for creating a command word corresponding to each control rod being controlled based on said sequence pattern, and mutually communicating each command word between duplicated data processing units and computing the AND logic of said data within a predetermined time difference, and when the computed result coincide, transmitting the selected command word serially; a transmission unit 32 for receiving said command word and performing protocol conversion thereto, and transmitting the same to a plurality of transmission branch units positioned downstream as the control command; and a solenoid valve drive circuit 31 for driving the control rod drive unit corresponding to each rod branched from said transmission branch units.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A reactor control device that controls control rods, said device comprising:
duplicated operation controllers configured to generate sequence patterns; and a transmitter configured to compute said each sequence pattern, mutually exchange the computed information and transmit an operation command corresponding to each control rod to be operated, such that essentially the same sequence pattern is generated at separate hardware based on a common transmission command, a transmission is performed when the sequence patterns are determined to be essentially the same, and the received sequence pattern is transmitted as a serial signal after a protocol conversion is performed.
2 . The nuclear control device according to claim 1 , wherein the transmitter is configured to generate a parallel transmission data frame comprising address data of a control road which is an operational object and movement data of a control valve based on said operation command so as to constitute a duplicated system including substantially identical control data.
3 . A nuclear control method in which a transmitter is configured to generate a parallel transmission data frame comprising address data of a control road which is an operational object and movement data of a control valve based on said operation command so as to constitute a duplicated system including substantially identical control data, comprising processing said parallel-generated transmission data frame to detect any occurrence of abnormality, generating essentially the same sequence pattern respectively at separate hardware based on a common transmission command, performing a transmission when said each sequence pattern is determined to be essentially the same, and transmitting the received sequence pattern as a serial signal after performing a protocol conversion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
