Abstract
A molding die for molding an optical element, comprises a die base body formed by shaping an amorphous alloy having a super-cooled liquid phase, wherein the composition of the amorphous alloy contains palladium.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 7 . (Canceled)
8 . An optical element manufactured by a molding die, the molding die comprising:
a die base body formed by shaping an amorphous alloy having a super-cooled liquid phase, wherein the composition of the amorphous alloy contains palladium.
9 . An optical element manufactured by the molding die described in claim 8 , wherein the composition of the amorphous alloy contains the palladium with a rate of 30 mol % to 50 mol %.
10 . An optical element manufactured by the molding die described in claim 8 , wherein the composition of the amorphous alloy contains aluminum with a rate of 3 mol % or less.
11 . The optical element described in claim 8 , wherein the optical is made of a plastic material.
12 . The optical element described in claim 9 , wherein the optical is made of a plastic material.
13 . The optical element described in claim 10 , wherein the optical is made of a plastic material.
14 . The optical element described in claim 8 , wherein the optical element is made of a glass material.
15 . The optical element described in claim 9 , wherein the optical element is made of a glass material.
16 . The optical element described in claim 10 , wherein the optical element is made of a glass material.
17 . The optical element described in claim 8 , wherein the optical element is a lens.
18 . The optical element described in claim 9 , wherein the optical element is a lens.
19 . The optical element described in claim 10 , wherein the optical element is a lens.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
