Abstract

The Bicept Isolator allows the individual to exercise the bicept/forearm muscle group, without any cheating or swinging through out the movement of the exercise. The Bicept Isolator is wall mounted and will be used in the standing position. The two pin position adjustment of the device will change the level of difficulty, by changing the angle of the foam padded board. The first or top pin position will be used for light weight and less difficulty. The second or bottom pin position will be used for more weight and more difficulty, due to more angle in degrees of the foam padded board. When used correctly, this device will sufficiently isolate the blood in the arm, to the bicept/forearm muscle group, which will promote growth. This means BIG, STRONG, ARMS.
