Toy gun for producing fog filled bubbles

Abstract

The present invention relates to a smoke producing toy, including a compressible chamber adapted to receive a liquid and having an opening therein. A heating element is at least partially received in the opening and a member is adjacent to said compressible chamber. An activating device is coupled to the member. Whereby when the device is activated using the activating device, the member moves and compresses the chamber, thereby forcing the liquid through the opening and past the heating element, which in turn heats the liquid and turns the liquid to vapor.

1 . A smoke producing toy, comprising: 
 a compressible chamber adapted to receive a liquid and having an opening therein;    a heating element at least partially received in said opening;    a member adjacent to said compressible chamber; and    an activating device coupled to said member;    whereby when said toy is activated using said activating device, the member moves and compresses the chamber, thereby forcing the liquid through the opening and past the heating element, which in turn heats the liquid and turns the liquid to vapor.    
   
   
       2 . A toy according to  claim 1 , wherein 
 the vapor is induced though the toy by fan.    
   
   
       3 . A toy according to  claim 2 , wherein 
 the vapor is induced into a chamber through an opening in said chamber.    
   
   
       4 . A toy according to  claim 3 , further comprising 
 a substantially ring shaped nozzle having a opening therein, said opening adapted to have a film extending thereacross;    wherein said smoke is induced through the opening, thereby forming a bubble from the film with the vapor.    
   
   
       5 . A toy for producing bubbles, comprising: 
 a reservoir adapted to hold a fluid and having an opening therein;    a heating element adjacent the opening and adapted to heat the fluid and thereby turn the fluid into a vapor;    a bubble forming mechanism adapted to be substantially covered by a film;    a fan adapted to move the vapor though the bubble forming mechanism at a first velocity or a second velocity.    
   
   
       6 . A toy according to  claim 5 , wherein 
 said film forms at least one bubble, encasing at least a portion of the vapor; and    said first velocity creates a stream of bubbles and said second velocity creates at least one bubble having a diameter substantially larger than the bubbles in said stream of bubbles.    
   
   
       7 . A toy according to  claim 6 , wherein 
 said film forms at least one bubble encasing a mixture of air and vapor.    
   
   
       8 . A toy according to  claim 5 , wherein 
 said fan is adapted to move said vapor through said opening at various velocities.    
   
   
       9 . A toy according to  claim 5 , wherein 
 said reservoir is adapted to be compressed, thereby forcing said fluid through said opening.    
   
   
       10 . A toy according to  claim 5 , wherein 
 said reservoir is formed from a flexible plastic.    
   
   
       11 . A toy according to  claim 5 , wherein 
 said fan is adapted to move said fluid through said bubble forming mechanism such that the film forms a bubble with at least a portion of the vapor encased therein.    
   
   
       12 . A toy according to  claim 5 , wherein 
 said vapor can appear any color in the visible spectrum.
