Abstract

The invention is a comfort strip for controlling an under pant garment from becoming wedged within the declivity formed by the buttocks.

1 . A comfort strip for controlling under pant garments from becoming wedged within the declivity formed by the buttocks having: 
 a top portion, the top portion adapted to conform to a body region;    a bottom portion, the bottom portion adapted to couple to an under pant garment; and    a pair of opposing side portions, whereby the opposing side portions couple the bottom portion to the top portion.    
   
   
       2 . The comfort strip of  claim 1  whereby the cross section is generally trapezoidal.  
   
   
       3 . The comfort strip of  claim 1  whereby the cross section is generally triangular.  
   
   
       4 . The comfort strip of  claim 1  whereby the cross section is generally half-moon.  
   
   
       5 . The comfort strip of  claim 1  whereby the top portion is adapted to conform to a portion of the natal cleft.  
   
   
       6 . The comfort strip of  claim 1  whereby the top portion is adapted to conform to a portion of the perineum.  
   
   
       7 . The comfort strip of  claim 1  whereby the bottom portion is adapted to permanently attach to a portion of an under pant garment.

       10 . A comfort strip for controlling under pant garments from becoming wedged within the declivity formed by the buttocks having: 
 a top portion, the top portion adapted to conform to a body region;    a bottom portion, the bottom portion adapted to couple to an under pant garment;    a pair of opposing side portions; and    a pair of flaps, one extending respectively from opposite side portions whereby the pair of flaps are adapted to couple to an under pant garment.    
   
   
       11 . The comfort strip of  claim 10  whereby each flap has a top surface and a bottom surface, whereby the bottom surface is parallel to the bottom portion, and a fastening means attaches the bottom surface of a flap securing the comfort strip to an under pant garment.  
   
   
       12 . The comfort strip of  claim 11  whereby the fastening means is Velcro.  
   
   
       13 . The comfort strip of  claim 11  whereby the fastening means is an adhesive strip.  
   
   
       14 . At least one horizontally placed comfort strip for controlling under pant garments from becoming wedged within the declivity formed by the buttocks having: 
 a top portion;    a bottom portion, the bottom portion adapted to couple to a rear portion of an under pant garment;    a pair of opposing side portions; whereby    the top portion, bottom portion, and opposing side is a semi-rigid material that has a memory and retains it shape.    
   
   
       15 . The comfort strip of  claim 14  whereby the top portion comprises silicon.  
   
   
       16 . The comfort strip of clam  14  whereby the bottom potion couples to an under pant garment via sewing.  
   
   
       17 . The comfort strip of  claim 14  whereby a perforated fold is integrally formed.  
   
   
       18 . The comfort strip of  claim 17  wherein one perforated fold is centrally located on the bottom portion.  
   
   
       19 . The comfort strip of  claim 17  wherein more than one perforated fold is located on the bottom portion.  
   
   
       20 . The comfort strip of  claim 14  whereby the fastening means is an artistic array of adhesive variable in shape and size.
