Mug fixed to the top or to the bottom of a beverage bottle beverage bottle designed for receiving same, and related combination

Abstract

The invention concerns a beverage bottle provided with a mug acting as closure, a bottle whereon fixing an upturned mug is realized with little effort. Consequently, the invention concerns a combination of a beverage bottle and a mug, characterized in that it comprises a beverage bottle and a mug capable of being pressed on at least one end of the bottle and thereby be fixed to said end. The mug and/or the beverage bottle comprise, in the fixing zone, a profiled shape enabling, when the mug is upturned and pressed, a gas exchange between the inside of the mug and outside environment.

1 . A cup for placement onto the top or bottom of a beverage bottle, wherein at least that zone of the cup, which is in contact with the beverage bottle during placement, comprises a profile allowing for a gas exchange between the inner cup space and the environment during placement.  
     
     
         2 . A beverage bottle to accommodate a cup placeable onto the top or bottom, wherein at least that zone of the beverage bottle which is in contact with the cup during placement comprises a profile allowing a gas exchange between the inner cup space and the environment during placement.  
     
     
         3 . A combination of a beverage bottle and a cup placeable on at least one end of said beverage bottle and thus in contact with said end, wherein said cup and/or said beverage bottle comprise(s) a profile in the zone of contact, said profile allowing a gas exchange between the inner cup space and the environment during placement.  
     
     
         4 . Cup according to  claim 1 , wherein the inner diameter of the cup profile corresponds in the zone of contact to the outer diameter of the outer beverage bottle shell.  
     
     
         5 . Cup according to  claim 1 , wherein said profile comprises nubs.  
     
     
         6 . Cup according to  claim 5 , wherein said nubs have a height of 0.2 mm±15%.  
     
     
         7 . Cup according to  claim 5 , wherein said nubs are arranged in at least one row and each have a peak spaced apart from an adjacent peak by an opening angle of 15°, the clearance opening angle between said nubs being preferably 12°.  
     
     
         8 . Cup according to  claim 5 , wherein said nubs are arranged staggered in several, preferably three, parallel rows.  
     
     
         9 . Cup according to  claim 1 , wherein said profile comprises a labyrinth seal having ribs arranged along the circumference.  
     
     
         10 . Cup according to  claim 9 , wherein said ribs have a height of 0.2 mm±15%.  
     
     
         11 . Cup according to  claim 9 , wherein said ribs are arranged spaced apart from each other in at least one row and comprise a total sealing length within one row which is between ½ and ¾, preferably ⅔, of the circumference to be sealed.  
     
     
         12 . Cup according to  claim 9 , wherein said ribs are arranged staggered in several, preferably in two, parallel rows.  
     
     
         13 . Cup according to  claim 12 , wherein the clear spacing of the ribs at right angles to the parallel rows is 0.24 mm.  
     
     
         14 . Cup according to  claim 9 , wherein the zones in contact with the labyrinth seal in the placed state have a smooth surface.  
     
     
         15 . Cup according to  claim 1 , wherein said beverage bottle and/or cup are made of plastic material, the bottle preferably of PET and the cup of PP.  
     
     
         16 . Cup according to  claim 1 , wherein said cup comprises a recess for receiving food, advertisement or other auxiliaries, said recess being closed preferably by a sealing.  
     
     
         17 . Cup according to  claim 1 , wherein said cup comprises a lower cone-shaped zone and an upper cone-shaped zoned, and wherein the lower or upper cone-shaped zones comprise different cone angles.  
     
     
         18 . Cup according to  claim 17 , wherein the transition between the lower and the upper cone-shaped zone is configured in a stepped manner, the height of the step preferably corresponding to the wall thickness of the cup.  
     
     
         19 . Beverage bottle according to  claim 2 , wherein the profile of beverage bottle comprises notches in the direction of the inner beverage bottle space.  
     
     
         20 . Beverage bottle according to  claim 2 , wherein the outer diameter of the outer beverage bottle shell is smaller in the zone of the placed cup than the outer diameter of the beverage bottle shell in the middle in the adjacent zone.  
     
     
         21 . Beverage bottle according to  claim 20 , wherein the outer diameter of the outer beverage bottle shell is smaller than the outer diameter of the beverage bottle shell in the middle by that amount that the outer diameter of the placed cup is flush with the adjacent outer diameter of the beverage bottle shell in the middle.  
     
     
         22 . Beverage bottle according to  claim 2 , wherein said beverage bottle comprises a label covering at least in sections the zone of contact between cup and beverage bottle.  
     
     
         23 . Use of a combination according to  claim 3  for offering a volume of liquid of 200, 250, 330 or 500 ml.
